The Westin Crystal City Reagan National Airport

The stay was great, clean room, but they need to renovate the bathroom.

We had a great time. Amenities such as the onsite restaurant, bar, and self service snacks has everything one would want. And this hotel was located by multiple restaurants and best of all the Metro.

clean and well maintained Marriott property. I enjoyed the gym facility and was impressed by how well stacked equipment were.

I won't ever be back. Seriously, anywhere else is better than here.

Sounded like the pipes were about to explode when I turned on the shower. Waited for airport shuttle that never came so walked to Metro to get there. I typically don't mind but when you 400/night I expected a little more for the money so dont see this place as good value for the price. And the thermostat sung temps like crazy. Coffee was ok. Turkey breakfast sandwich was very bland. Bartender and check in staff were good.

Also our TV did not work right. Called desk numerous times and the engineering service didnt fix

From the hotel shuttle, to the front desk, to the bar staff, an incredible experience every time I come.

Breakfast: We had vanilla lattes, bacon/egg/cheese sandwich, and poptart pastries. All were EXCELLENT. Service by Sergio and Hamid was equally exceptional!! Evening food service with Shuva (spelling?) was wonderful. favorite foods: fish/chips, sliders, and wings. Our room was kept very clean by a remarkable staff. Very comfortable and spacious room! More variety of items on the evening menu. Differing items on different days. There was no complementary coffee (not the stuff in the room ... "bleck"). Also, a few complementary bottles of water would have been nice.

Great location near to Reagan National with hotel airport shuttle. Metro station a block away so super easy for exploring D.C.

I arrived at about midnight, and the check-in was super smooth. The room was clean, breakfast was nice, and the staff were very helpful and polite. Overall, a great experience. I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel has suitable add-ons consistent with the Westin brand - bathrobes, comfortable bedding, aesthetically pleasing, etc.- but this location, specifically, is putting lipstick on a pig :/ There are basic structural issues that are incredibly disappointing: rusted bathroom hardware, a random mini-fridge sitting on the floor, and a TV that lacks basic functionality and comes with a filthy, old-school remote. It was suitable for the unplanned trip to the area, but would not recommend. Especially compared to the other Westins in the area.

Good service, space rooms, good accommodation. Good location for accessing the Raegan airport .0 Parking is there but rather expensive per day. Better to arrive without a car

We found the property to be very clean and well maintained. It was very close to restaurants and shops. I would stay here again and also highly recommend!
