Crowne Plaza Crystal City-Washington, D.C. by IHG

Nice bed soft bathroom clean enough towels and wash cloths overall good stay.

Convenient location if you want to be near DC but not pay DC hotel prices. Ubers into downtown were only $9-$15. Nice having Starbucks in the hotel, quick breakfast option. Whole foods is across the street along with many restaurants and a movie theater. I wish their parking was free as $46 a night is a lot but that's the only downfall for me. Otherwise great stay.

.

Nice bed good space for a room it was enough towels and wash cloths for a single stay or 2 night stay. Service was really good. Nice and quiet.

Overall a very nice place to stay. If visiting for leasure, skip the breakfast and try local spots.

A good hotel; clean, nice staff, and convenient location. However, there was a weird mechanical noise, best described as a small prop plane taking off and landing, that would come and go all night. We were on the 12th (top) floor across from the elevators, so don't accept a room on that floor.

It is an older hotel that is beginning to show her age but it’s still nice

Great easy stay. I was in town for a few nights and was looking for something reasonable outside of downtown. The room was clean and the bed was one of the more comfortable that I’ve experienced recently. The room was spacious, but IHG may want to consider some updates in the future.

Best ever

Good hotel

Good breakfast

Hag higher expectations but overall is good place.

Superb

I like the atmosphere and the staff are very friendly as well. Near of everything

Always a great place to stay and very quick trip into the DC Metro. Have stayed here a few times over the years and would return.

Great location and everything was clean! Will stay here next time in DC!

Stay there for 3 days I actually booked this hotel because it says free packing and breakfast included, and when I went there, I gotta pay for everything. They only clean my room one time even when I called to get it cleaned out a day, they didn’t. so I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone else because of the staffs and the communications

Everything else was okay

Clean room on my end, quiet safe space bed was at a reasonable height also.

Great breakfast staff!
