Embassy Suites by Hilton Crystal City National Airport

We came into town this past weekend for the Commanders Home Opener and were extremely happy with our stay. We traveled from LI, NY thru the Nor' Easter, got to the hotel around 3:30 pm and were greeted by Seth and Alexis. It had been a long arduous ride and we couldn't wait to get settled. Seth got us checked in right away and were pleasantly surprised when he handed us cards that gave us two complimentary drinks each at the hotels bar which was much needed after our trip! Food at the Tap Lounge in the hotel was perfect, we ate at the bar, I had the burger and my boyfriend had the cheesesteak...both were really good! There was also a full set up of snacks including cheese, crackers, fruit and snack mix which I thought was so awesome! TG at the bar was amazing, she had a long line of guests for their free drinks, got to everyone quickly and served them all with a smile! Even with all of that going on, she kept her eyes on us to make sure we didn't need anything. Back to the front desk I went to inquire about the metro to the game and Seth and Alexis got me the map, outlined which line we needed to take and even printed out the walking directions on both ends! I can't say enough about how fantastic they both were. Room was great, so clean, love the pillows, and the little area with the fridge, microwave and little coffee maker was perfect! I liked how Alexis the Front Desk person was so sweet and made my stay very special.

Breakfast Parking charge was hidden. I would have avoided this property otherwise. AC has to move into

The staff was excellent. Everyone wanted to help us if we needed it. The rooms are dark. Need all lamps on.

It was ok. Rooms are big and comfortable. breakfast was ok. Don't bother with the happy hour free drink since it is seriously watered-down. They should just sell good quality drinks at discounted price instead.

Great location, few blocks to metro, suite great for family travel, snacks evening and great breakfast

Transportation from and to the airport A+, breakfast included awesome, very centric, a lot of rest close by , walkable

We love staying at this Embassy Suites. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. we really love the comfort of the room, and the breakfast is very good!!! We were a bit shocked at the parking price of $50.00/night!! that was a bit expensive.

The location was great for metro to D.C. and the downtown was lively and as usual a good breakfast The window in the room was broken and wouldn't close all the way so it was loud I mentioned it but didn't want to stick around while people fixed it on my time and they really limited the food for their social hour which is one of the reasons we go there and it's a two drink maximum so not really getting a good deal anymore
