Embassy Suites by Hilton Crystal City National Airport

Easy going

Our room had several issues: we found a roach in the bathroom, it remained humid throughout our stay, and the air conditioning unit constantly dripped water. We also had to request sheets and a blanket three times, waiting over an hour for delivery. This experience fell short of my expectations for Embassy Suites. I hope management addresses these concerns, as I’ve always considered this brand dependable and would like to feel confident staying here again.

Awesome breakfast in a relaxed setting. Great airport shuttle. Room needed a bit more lighting.

Clean rooms, good location and friendly staff!

We appreciated Embassy suites upon our arrival back to Washington DC. We appreciated the shuttle from the airport and the suite was large enough for our family of five. The breakfast in the morning was good with a nice variety of food and it was wonderful not to have to go out and search of a meal first thing in the morning. The staff was very helpful upon check-in and in bringing us extra towels, and ice. The only thing that I would improve was that the air-conditioning unit didn’t seem to cool the room and it was a little warm and stuffy for the night. It was nothing terrible. Our family just likes it cooler at night.

Breakfast was great I just would say the fruit could be better tho . They only had one washer and dryer on the odd floors

We stayed at this hotel 3x it’s our go to ever since we stumbled on this place good price staff is amazing a good breakfast which is included in the price of hotel.

Our only complaint is the bathroom size. The toilets are low and the tub is small but other than that A-1...

The suite was very clean and the staff eas very nice. Two complimentary drinks at the bar was a nice treat and the breakfast was slightly above average. The room was so hot and humid even with the AC turned as low as it would go. The $50 for parking is absurd considering how much the rooms cost. The whole town has very limited parking so that in general was just very frustrating. If the price point of this place was a little lower id consider staying again.

It was a somewhat hotel! Staff was amazing! Only thing that was tough was the doors. There is only one way in and out. The side doors are just fire exits and an alarm will sound. I bring my dogs and I like to use the side doors to avoid as many people as possible. Unfortunately their side doors aren’t functional for everyday use.

The manager Kevin Feldman is amazing and personally addressed an issue we had on arrival. Dirty sheets left on the sofa bed ..

The hotel is well situated with a modern and beautiful esthetic. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and has an omelet bar for custom orders. Bed was comfortable. I'm picky and like good quality mattresses. I would definitely visit again.

The room was stuffy/humid n musty smell. The pillows were flat/uncomfortable/old. Other than that the service n staff were great.

Always our to-go for stays: Embassy suites, and this site was no less. The rooms were clean and serviced everyday, staff were friendly, breakfast was a variety and good quality.

Clean accomodations Cheap Bourbons, no much choice; outrageous expense

Very helpful staff and very approachable, kind and welcoming!

We stayed at the property two nights for a quick family trip to see the museums and monuments in DC. Location was good. Quick walk to metro and a quick drive in to DC to see the monuments at night. Breakfast at the property was a time and money saver for the family. Quality of the breakfast was good and the staff in the restaurant were friendly and attentive. Now the bad part. The desk manager was unfriendly and seemed annoyed by my questions. The room was dimly lit and not clean. One set of sheets had bloodstains and there were candy wrappers on the floor. Bathroom was not clean and there was hair on the floor especially by the toilet. Thankfully we brought some cleaning supplies.
