Embassy Suites by Hilton Crystal City National Airport

This has become our go-to hotel when visiting family in DC. The location, nearby restaurants, safety of the area, clean and quiet rooms and lovely breakfast dining experience all make this hotel a super easy choice when traveling with kids in a wide range of ages. The staff are cheerful, welcoming, and courteous.

An oasis of relaxation and quiet.

How it was back off or the street not so busy It could have been cleaner in the room. Could tell not everything was cleaned down well. Refrigerator didn’t get that cold and no freezer part at all.

The hotel was nice, rooms were spacious. I would definitely stay here again next time we come to DC. The airport shuttle was a huge benefit. The hotel was within a 10 min walk to a metro station which made it very convenient.

I fell in the shower from the shower floor being extremely slippery. I was the first tp take a shower out of our group. I had to put a bathmat on the floor for traction. I ended up with a bruise on my shin. I spoke to management who took my information and said that someone from Hilton's corporate office would contact me and I still haven't heard anything. The incident happend on August 1, 2026. I am very disapppinted with the response.from Hilton. This is all coupled with the unsavory smell in the rooma and dark decor.

Big room, comfortable, clean. Perfect for 4 people. 50$ for parking. With very little other options

Staying here at Embassy Suites, Arlington was wonderful. The staff were great. Special thanks to Helen, Fln, and Seth at Embassy for making us feel like family. Thanks you all for going the extra miles for meeting our needs, from wherever needed for the room, check in / out, and transportation needs (Zez), they made it happen. Thanks to the manager for sharing the family feelings ❤️❤️❤️with us - A Home away from Home. A place where guests become friends and then, family.

The room for nice and comfortable and plenty of space. The staff was very friendly.

I love the location as it was close to the mall and the main highway. I also loved the daily reception. N/A

the breakfast nd rooms were great! ait was a little difficult at first navigating parking in the garage, but we figured it out. If there were a pool or sauna, that would have been welcome.
