The Hotel is amazing and the staff are amazing too.
-
Great staff. Great accommodations
-
Air conditioning made a popping noise on and off the entire stay. Reported it to front desk, said someone would come up and take a look, no one ever came. Very disruptive while trying to sleep.
-
The Stay and Staff was amazing. the location is walkable to many shops and restaurants. Have stayed her before and would again.
-
The hotel is convenient to the Metro (Blue and Yellow lines), only a two short block walk. The hotel room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. However my room /bathroom smelled heavily of Clorox which took more than 24 hrs to dissipate. The desk staff offed a different room, however I had a tight schedule and could not take up the offer. The entire staff was friendly & excellent. The restaurant/bar was OK; seemed a bit busy for customer care.

The service was excellent. The room was very clean and fresh. I especially liked the service from Heather in the dining area, she was very attentive and polite and recommended very good menu choices. Personally, I love colors so I would add a little color to the lobby area. Overall, it’s a 10/10.

The rooms were super clean! Hard floors and area rugs were a great touch. Property was beautiful. Pay to park was $46/night. But well worth it. Garage was attached and easy accessible.
