AC Hotel by Marriott Arlington National Landing

The room temperature was uncomfortably warm during the night, failing to cool down despite the thermostat being set to 68 degrees.

We had the pleasure of meeting Dennis - WOW! He made a long trip worthwhile...personable, charismatic and professional. He truly made the check in process as seamless as possible. We’ve recommended this establishment to our friends and we will certainly return - Nice job!

The hotel itself was great! The rooms were super clean and the staff themselves always answered my call or questions I had. The only downfall was paying for parking. The other hotels I stayed at in DC, it is included. It is not here and I had to pay on top of what I already parked.

We stayed here for a weekend and we would definitely come back again. This hotel is located in a very nice area, has easy access to the metro, and provides parking. We never had an issue finding a parking spot in the garage. Our room was very clean and they put a pack and play in the room for our baby. All members were welcoming and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to everyone looking for a nice, safe play to stay.

Missing signs on where to enter the hotel, where to exit parking garage, where to check in and how to enter the parking garage from the hotel elevator. Very long walk from the hotel to the underground parking lot. Exercise room was 76° and seemed excessively hot. No microwave in room and that would be nice. Details about the hotel amenities are difficult to figure out using a smart phone because they display in a format that is hard to view and figure out. Display cannot be used to obtain the Restaurant menu without taking a photo of your phone and the QR code. Lovely hotel and staff, but missing simple , logical things making it seem like the place just opened up

Excellent hotel

Great Hotel. Clean, well lit. Staff was awesome. Heather in the lounge was very knowledgeable about the hotel, what it had to offer and other info regarding the neighborhood. Great place to stay. Parking was adequate and easy to navigate underground garage which was attached to multiple areas of Crystal City.

Great place..

This was a last minute booking due to our flight cancellation. Despite having reservation confirmation, the check in staff informed us that they have no rooms available. Instead of being helpful, they told us to call Expedia ourselves to sort things out. After our customer service chat with Expedia, they were able to find us a room. By no means, this is a 4 star property commanding the price they are asking for. We have torn bedsheets, not well cleaned rooms and a dismal bathroom for our family of 4. We could not wait to vacate this property. Even the advertised airport shuttle is shared by 3 hotels in a small service gets overcrowded and out of seats. I suggest looking for another hotel
