But it was clean. And I just needed to sleep for 1 night after a flight cancellation. So I felt lucky to get a room.

Staff was very friendly and courteous, after a long day and finally a cancelled flight we came in to a free upgraded very large nice room.

Areas of opportunity: Inadequate resource availability(weighing scale); Inadequate shower water pressure and cooling from air-conditioning system; Noise of motor when turning shower on: Dusty furnitures; Stained shower curtain

Bar had a good atmosphere and friendly staff.

Was only there because of a last minute plane cancellation. I was very happy for how close to the airport it was and that they offered a shuttle bus to and from at no charge. The bed was comfortable and warm and the shower was lovely.

Nice property. Well kept. It was hot when we were there. Hotel seemed a bit on the hot side also. Overall employees were very helpful and attentive.

Unfortunately Something was left behind in the room by accident and when we tried to contact the hotel, they were less than helpful so not holding out much hope We had a 4:30 AM shuttle and by 4:25 receptionist told me in no uncertain terms that the driver was not on property yet and he only started at 4:30. We actually just ordered an Uber because they were about 15 people waiting. I will definitely not be going back.

Great place to stay at. Clean, safe, well-maintained, respectful and the location is very convenient.

I had booked this hotel through expedia for a fixed rate. After getting home I realized my card was charged over $500 more than it should have been. Upon calling, the staff member told me because they overbooked and upgraded our room, they increased the prices for each night. We were never informed of this upgrade and the room was a basic standard room. The staff member told me they would reimburse me the $531 but it’s been over a week and I’m still waiting. Very shady on the staffs part. Secondly, the AC kept shutting off before it got down to a temperature we set it to on the hottest weekend of the year so far (95 degrees) and the parking is a ripoff ($51 a night) when you’re already spending enough to stay there.

Very nice room, easy fast checkin, convenient location. Breakfast was excellent. Will stay here again.

I liked the stay I Think the walls of the next room was thin I could hear children playing all night. Showers are small I don’t know offer to relocate noise making people together lol

The parking garage was a nightmare!! Don't drive a truck in the parking garage, drive a car! We checked out a day early and they wouldn't refund us for the room because we ordered through Expedia.
