It was great

I stayed at this property for one night after arriving late at DCA. I appreciated the free shuttle service (I arrived at the shuttle stop at 10:30pm and waited around 15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive) and check in was smooth. The room was comfortable enough, but showed clear signs of aging and a lack of upkeep (but it was clean - I had no issues with the job done by housekeeping!), with wallpaper lifting away from the wall in multiple places (especially in the corner near the AC unit), nail holes left in the dresser from what I assumed was an older TV model that must have been bolted down and since replaced, and a general dated feel. The location was perfectly fine, close to DCA and next to a 24-hour McDonald’s. I was able to walk to the nearest Metro station. Breakfast was not included. The room served its purpose of giving me one decent night of sleep after a long travel day, and I would be willing to stay here again for another brief visit if the price was right, but I would love to see some maintenance completed in the rooms to improve their condition and refresh the space.

Airport shuttle never came. No hot water. Bathroom chipped.

Would have been great if they had a wheelchair available for travels who are traveling without one and are stranded because of cancelled flights.

Clean room

The level I was on was being renovated- There was a guy working right in the area of my room so it would wake me on the weekend. The day of my checkout I was woken up to find out when I would be leaving my room by room service staff. I had to remind the staff to give me coupons for breakfast, which wasnt great and definitely not worth $18 a day. They have parking, but its $42 a night. It was ridiculous. Its pet friendly, but there isnt any where really for you to take your dog except about a few blocks away. The garage would have partial flooding due to rain in the area and wouldn't drain right...place is a hot mess..they also charged me twice for my dog and I had to call back and have it corrected. So make sure to review your receipt!

Spent my bday weekend at this hotel & absolutely loved it.

this place surpassed my expectations. It was so close to the airport and price so well, and very nice. Definitely a good stop if you need a quick spot with a free shuttle to the airport. The restaurant was also filled with nice food options and you could take it back to the room or sit there and enjoy it in the dining room. It even had a nice crowd at the bar. There were a lot of nice food selections that you could purchase both refrigerated and not refrigerated in the lobby as well. I would stay here again.

All of these unexpected expenses made the trip unaffordable for us. Between hallway carpeting being torn up under our feet and the National Gaurdsmen making hallways their personal living rooms were unacceptable.

Bed bug!!!!! My friend and I have neighbor rooms in 4th floor. Both of us got bitten by bed bug!!!!!!! Terrible.
