El desayuno es pasable pero no tienen variedad y siempre es igual. El personal no es amable y no tienen muy buen trato personal. El Gimnasio limpio y muy bonito diferentes maquinas y es muy útil. Alfombras sucias ya q son pet friendly y las mascotas hacen sus necesidades en las Alfombras y están manchadas en la habitación. Necesitan mejor servicio al cliente y q los empleados sean atentos. Las empleados de limpieza dan el máximo por mantener las habitaciones limpias y son muy honrados. El parking super caro para los q van con auto.

I especially appreciated the gluten-free options at breakfast, including muffins and bagels! The rooms here are beautiful and very well-maintained.

Clean and great facilities

The staff were very kind and helpful. They were always pleasant to work with. The breakfast was very well managed everyday. We used the metro shuttle every day and they were great!!

I did not have a good experience with the hotel. The rooms were just okay. Housekeeping did not clean the room, and there was not even an apology from the hotel for missing room cleaning, much less any refund for not providing a service that is included in the room charge. The elevators always took forever to arrive, and at least one elevator was always out of service. Plus the parking elevators are separate from the main elevators which means you have to endure twice the wait every time you're going to your car. The guy at the front desk was super nice at check in, but transformed into an evil twin right after the credit card was swiped. No idea what was going on there. Overall, I would not be staying at this one again.

Great family-friendly environment. Staff were responsive and helpful with any incidentals that were needed. The food on-site (dining room and room service) was excellent. Easy location to grab rides to downtown and quick access to airport.

This is an excellent choice for those of you traveling with Family, the full kitchen and hot breakfast or well worth the price.

The staff was an absolute dream

Desta, one of the shuttle drivers was so helpful making sure to show you where to get the Metro or get to the rental cars.

Location was quiet and the shuttle to metro was awesome. Most staff very helpful. Restaurant just ok and definitely missed a pool with the heat.

Breakfast is superb! The room is spacious and amenities are nice…I recommend this hotel also because of the free shuttle to metro station and the airport…I will stay again if I come back to DC in the future…

Perfect location for getting to the Metro and doing all things D.C. related. Good breakfast in the mornings, great shuttle drivers, and front desk people were always kind and helpful. Would definitely stay there again if taking the trip.
