I was pleasantly surprised. It’s close to literally everything. Having a full kitchen was a big help with my little one.

This hotel was even better than I expected. It is located close to metro stations, if like us you didn't drive or have use of a vehicle. The shuttle service was great. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfy. The only thing that I could say was more of a hassle than anything was that the elevator was not working for 1 day but that was due to the storm knocking out the power. I highly would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone

Everything was good. Parking was a bit problematic but they is to be expected in a bigger city. But overall really nice. Loved the room setup.

Our check in was not great. Very little help from the front desk, no information about breakfast etc. and then he gave us a room that someone else was already in. Thank goodness they were in there and had door locked so we didn’t enter their room. Had to trudge back down to front desk and he gave us a new room, with absolutely no apology. Just asked me what color the door indicated..

Staff were amazing & welcoming. Stayed with my boyfriend & our 16 month old & as soon as we were checking in the staff member was amazing to our son & gave him some water (can’t remember his name but his customer service was over the moon we were in the car for 4hrs & my son was fussy by the time of check in). Room was clean& the area of the hotel was convenient to many restaurants, grocery stores, etc. only 15-20 min drive to get to Washington DC for the museums & to see the monument. Downside is parking, but we parked on the street instead of paying the $50ish a night to park in the garage. Sometimes had to drive around to wait for a spot to open up if you didn’t get lucky. I definitely will stay here again

Large room with kitchenette was nice. Bed very comfy. Terrible parking situation. Front desk clerk took a long time to check us in. No go bags for breakfast.

Our only complaint was the average tasting and prepared breakfast food. Rubbery waffles, tasteless eggs, dry sausage, bland orange juice. We’re not expecting gourmet food but this food was definitely not acceptable, given what we paid for our stay.
