Perfect stay for the 4th of July celebrations in DC. On going complimentary shuttle service to DCA and metro station until 10 pm daily. Full hot breakfast every day and staff constantly filling the stations. Due to the summer heat wave there were dispensers with cold water available at the lobby and water bottles on the front. Staff friendly and great. Will definitely stay here again.

Very clean, quiet, quick room service, and free shuttles every 30 minutes to the Metro (subway) & airport. 24 hour front desk and snack/drink/medicine store. Complete breakfast buffet.

BUT WHEN MY FAMILY CAME BACK FROM OUR MONDAY OUTING, WE WERE SO DISGUSTED THAT THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED, BED SHEETS AND TOWELS WERE NO CHANGED. WE HAD TO CALL FROM DESK TO LET THEM KNOW ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED.

It was difficult to get someone on the phone. Then I was given wrong information about shuttle service. Rooms were excellent

I had originally reserved a room with 2 King beds at the Residence Inn. But we got moved to the Renaissance next door. With 2 full beds. I had 4 adults and would have been more comfortable with the 2 kings. But I think we were comped for the parking, so that was definitely helpful.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast provided was good. The restaurant was delicious. My only complaint is the carpet needed to be vacuumed in the hallways. Overall a very experience and would stay there again.

Bed was comfortable. I liked that the tv could swivel between the living area and the bedroom area. Full kitchen was nice although we didn’t use it. Nice free breakfast Not enough light in the bathroom area. No fan in the bathroom. Not enough towels .
