Hilton Garden Inn Reagan National Airport

The best part of this hotel was the shuttle service. Those drivers were amazing so thank you to them. A few of the counter staff were very helpful and others were very rude and short. When trying to get dinner nobody assisted us, no sign saying please seat yourself or wait to be seated. Our table was dirty and the person seating us acted like she was going out of her way to wipe down our table with a wet non sanitized towel. We got in late due to so many flight problems and purchased (2) hot pockets, (4) bottles of the large waters, (1) bag of chips and (1) large candy bar total was 64.00. I did not pay attention at first because I was so tired I thought I had herds like 26.00. I called down stairs to ask if that was correct. Sure enough, they charge 10.00 a bottle for water and 9.00 for a chocolate bar. The small bottles you get from Walmart for like 9.99 for a case they where giving away on the fourth at least the nice staff was since it was so hot but the next day the horrible staff was hatefully telling us if you want water you need to buy it, anyway those where 3.00 a bottle of hot Walmart water. The amount we laid for these rooms for this weekend should have include free water at a minimum with the heat that everyone was dealing with. The food in the restaurant was pretty good and not to overly priced. Hotel is in great walking distance to metro so you can get around the DC area fairly easy. Just felt the cost and service part did not match what the staff and amenities

The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location, everything in DC was accessible from the subway which was only a 10 min walk and the airport is only one stop away. Excellent restaurants in walking distance.

Great place to stay! The location is incredibly convenient—just steps from the Metro, making it easy to get around, and only a few stops from the U.S. Capitol and other major attractions. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Washington, D.C. area and would happily stay here again!

Very nice place to stay. Be aware of the 48.00 per night for parking. There is street parking but it is limited. Also, there is a charge for breakfast. Room was nice and clean. Drain in shower ran slow but other than that nice stay.

Great location not far from everything you would want to see in DC. Very close to the airport. Great for the price

The lady at the recepción was show and not that friendly.

It was very clean. Quiet. And we came in late at night and had no issues getting to our room It was hot.... The entire time. Even with the air on low..... It was HOT

Convenient place to stay near the airport

Room was great, which was the important bit. Half the equipment in the exercise room was broken. If you are booking through a third party service, it gives you the option of paying for breakfast. Don't do that without being sure that breakfast will actually be open during the time you are there. We had a flight and it didn't open until after we had to leave because it was a weekend.

We really enjoyed everything! Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was great! Very friendly staff. Location close to the Metro, which made traveling to ALL the places so easy (5$ per person per trip). Overall 4.5/5. Only thing missing was a swimming pool!
