Hampton Inn & Suites Arlington Crystal City DCA

Convenient location. l liked the way the food was laid out. Lots of choices. The hot food was not hot. My friend and I were not asked if we wanted anything else. We realized everything was cleared away very fast. Staff didn't seem very friendly.

Breakfast was great. Shuttle perfect. Walkable.

Very good front desk staff

It was my first time in DC/VA. Chose to stay on the VA side. I had the suite, it was very clean. Staff 50/50, some were helpful, some were not. The shuttle system is a little weird, no real clarification for us on hope it works. Waited at the airport for the shuttle for a long time, ended up catching the Lyft. I would stay again, I would just plan a little better.

Comfortable room. Good location for DCA. Front desk staff on check in and check out were surly and unhelpful.

Everything was great...

We had a nice overnight stay! We were in room 425 which was HUGE and had a nice view. The overnight parking was $48 with in and out privileges. It was a 3 min drive to the airport.

$50.00 for parking from midnight (arrived) to 9am (checked out). And walk up and down stairs to get to and from garage. Elevator not working.

Close to Airport Nothing

Convenient location near metro and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and they actually changed it somewhat. The only thing was the mattress wasn’t great.

Friendly staff, clean and comfy room

The locetion Construction noise, but what can you do. And the breakfast.

Our room was clean, but then we saw a large roach as we were settling in to sleep! We were swiftly moved to a new room and didn't have further issues with bugs. They were having a system issue where they couldn't see who was booked in the rooms. I was told to knock and announce myself before entering the new room. Thankfully there wasn't an issue, but I think staff should have handled that, not me. Overall, it was a fine overnight trip.

Enjoyed my stay there. Down deposit was 300 I just wish Expedia tells us that up front

The hotel carpet and walls were disgusting. The room was ok, however the windows shade controls did not work, the view was of a lower patio that had garbage and was disgusting. This was not to a normal Hampton Inn property.
