The breakfast gave me diarrea

The hotel carpet and walls were disgusting. The room was ok, however the windows shade controls did not work, the view was of a lower patio that had garbage and was disgusting. This was not to a normal Hampton Inn property.

Please improve the breakfast food quality and verities. Very simple, more or less to low rated motels.

Good location, helpful staff, decent breakfast. Room did not had any chair or sofa. There was also no drinking water and you have to purchase stuff from pantry and cost was 400%.

One night (7/23/26) we requested hot water for a tea, the pot was empty. The person in the Lobby said I don’t have personnel for that and that was all. No comments, no apologies, any option to come back later, simply NO!

While I appreciated the airport shuttle service, I was disappointed that the vehicle couldn't make a stop at the car rental facility. Instead, I got off at Terminal 1 and had to wait in the heat until the Rental Facility bus made a stop there.

the staff was super helpful and friendly, breakfast was very good, it was nice parking in the ramp- it does cost 48 per night, our room and the common areas are kept very clean, they stored our luggage before our check in and after we checked out, in a locked room, we appreciated that very much.

Overall my 2 night stay was good. But I believe the person who designed the room never stayed there. The closet was too shallow so when I hung my clothes you couldn’t actually close the door. Also the bathroom faucet was located at the corner of the sink, not in the middle. It might look a bit cool but practically the nozzle was was close to the corner that it was difficult to get your hands under it, and when you did the result was that water spray onto the counter. Every time. Such a simple little thing that has never been fixed. I’m sure it’s been that way for years, maybe decades. Water spraying all over the counter. Just stupid things that annoy tourists but never get fixed.
