the staff was super helpful and friendly, breakfast was very good, it was nice parking in the ramp- it does cost 48 per night, our room and the common areas are kept very clean, they stored our luggage before our check in and after we checked out, in a locked room, we appreciated that very much.

Great stay! Super close to the metro and dining options.

Overall my 2 night stay was good. But I believe the person who designed the room never stayed there. The closet was too shallow so when I hung my clothes you couldn’t actually close the door. Also the bathroom faucet was located at the corner of the sink, not in the middle. It might look a bit cool but practically the nozzle was was close to the corner that it was difficult to get your hands under it, and when you did the result was that water spray onto the counter. Every time. Such a simple little thing that has never been fixed. I’m sure it’s been that way for years, maybe decades. Water spraying all over the counter. Just stupid things that annoy tourists but never get fixed.

Great location close to lots of restaurants and the metro. Room was great! Loved the mattress.

Everything about the place was great. One thing I noticed was that the sink faucet was on the back corner- which was cool-looking, but made it messier for me to wash my face! But overall the bed was comfortable. And the amenities were great. The shuttle to and from the airport was quick and convenient and the continental breakfast was great!!

From the check in to check out, everything is amazing. The hotel is modern and up to date, clean and the rooms I always stay in are spacious. The only thing I can’t quite understand is why the bathroom door is so close to the toilet that you have to stand in the shower to open and get around it. The staff is always courteous (especially Genet) and the breakfast is good enough especially since included (although it sometimes lacks seasoning). Parking is expensive (as is most in the area) but sometimes you can find on street parking. Great location and easy to get to. The good outweighs the bad so I would definitely recommend the stay!!

Good hotel

The staff were exceptional! The shuttle from the airport was fast and convenient. The front desk staff were so welcoming, which was so appreciated after a long day of travel.

Location. Stingy with water. The man in front of me checking in got 2 waters for one night stay. My son and I got 2 waters for staying 2 nights. I was told that they’d charge me $3 per bottle for anything more.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was decent but super crowded. For some reason the air conditioning was not on in the lobby or the hallways and was super hot. Other than that it was decent.

Clean room - very comfortable

Perfect for my stay with a HOT breakfast included and the gym to keep my routine regular. The absolute only downfall was the building being hot one day while they worked on the AC. My unit in my room worked perfectly ALWAYS!

Clean room with comfy beds, nice shower, and in a good location. Crystal City is very convenient for coming in and out of DC, and is an interesting location on its own Parking is pretty expensive. The parking lot itself is cramped and smelly
