The property was very nice and clean. I asked to be in a specific location of the hotel and it was granted without issue. Staff was awesome. It is minutes from the airport and rhe hotel has a shuttle bus every 15 minutes or so. I have no complaints.

Excellent property and maintenance. The rooms are awesome and quiet. The only issue are the personnel. Especially the ones at the ballet parking. Absolutely inefficient and disrespectful.

The staff I spoke on the phone prior to my check-in was amazing. Same person who checked us in. She did a phenomenal job.

Better than many other hotels, but also worse than many other. It's fine for a 1-2 day business trip. But don't rely on their business center for things like printing. The computers wouldn't even turn on when I visited. Plus, there are no chairs in the so-called "business center"; you stand. The whole thing is designed to discourage a user.

Everything was really nice besides the fact that they had no parking.. there is a parking garage behind the facility but the prices for overnight parking was insane! They also require a security deposit too

The staff was amazing. The ladies working the bar were so friendly and had us laughing. They made the best drinks to! Room was very comfortable and clean. We always stay here when flying out of Regan National Airport

Enjoyed my stay everything met my expectations room was very clean and cozy the breakfast and dinner food was awesome... The alcohol beverages at the bar.
