Great place to stay in Crystal City if you want to be near DC but away from all the crowds and traffic! I loved the shuttle van service back and forth to airport, Metro is right at the airport or 15 min walk to nearest station as well and we used the shuttle and Metro daily. The shuttle drivers, hotel staff, bar/restaurant staff were outstanding!! Everyone was so helpful, polite, great service. I was disappointed about the pool not being available, that would have been fun, but overall, a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend staying here.

Clean rooms

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. From the convenience of the shuttle to and from the airport to access the metro, the friendly professional shuttle drivers, the front desk staff, the quality and delicious food available in the bar lounge, the quietness while inside the room, to the location of the property. I've stayed in several Crystal City hotels, bar none I won't stay anywhere else from now on. I developed heat exhaustion from being outside in the 4th of July 250th festivities, the front desk staff were very caring when it came to my mom and I needing a little extra time for checking out on our departure day. They offered Gatorade and extra assistance to help me manage my symptoms. This is THE hotel I want my family and friends to stay in when they visit DC!

Lobbie food station was very slow being waited on

Paying premium price I would not expect to be treated as a nuisance when interacting with the front staff. They knew very little about their surrounding neighbourhood & could not make any suggestions or give any directions. I was provided incorrect information as it relates to making reservations in their restaurant. None were made Useless. I received no information when asked about the process/cost/availability of using the EV charging apparatus. Much more, I didn’t feel special in the least

Outstanding breakfast buffet. The staff was attentive and accommodating. Bed was super comfy. Clean and open floor plan. Free airport shuttle also.

Convenience of location the restaurant was closed for renovation and the front desk staff had recommended it for lunch or dinner.

N/a I booked this hotel to spend time with my son while he is at Georgetown university. I picked this o e specifically because it had a pool. When I checked in I discussed this with the gentlemen checking me in. That y daughter was excited to swim in the pool. He smiled at me. We valet and go up to the room, change to our swimming clothes and then called the front desk to ask what floor was the pool on. The lady expressed it was closed! I was livid and my daughter cried for a hour straight. The gentlemen never said anything and the lady on the phone could care less! I will never stay there again or recommend the hotel to anyone. The pool being close should be plastered everywhere! All kids want to swim when they stay at a hotel. Highly disappointed!!
