The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City

Super helpful and considerate staff. Honestly best employees I’ve ever met. Everything was super clean. I want a huge fan of the bed, a little too firm, and it would’ve been nice to have a cafe or something in addition to the full restaurant. But that’s really nitpicky. It was super conveniently located right next to the shopping center and I would recommend whole heartedly

The Ritz experience is absolutely delightful! My only suggestion would be to add another dining venue.

Here is the problem though. I'm spending $4 or 5k for the week there. They have us wait around for like an extra half hour to talk to the Hotel Manager and drag the Cook out to apologize, which I really did not need. But the caveat is that the Hotel Manager just takes off the oatmeal and leaves us with the balance of breakfast bill, which I find to be pretty ironic and petty. It is not the money, clearly we are shelling out plenty for the hotel and stay for the week, it is the pettiness and the principle of the matter. Anyways, everything else there is awesome and this was our second time spending a week there. Young Manager... nice fellow, not on the same page as how I would handle a situation like that. Needless to say, I did not flinch or protest, it is what it is...

Clean room

Beds were very comfortable. Had to ask for a mini fridge but the request was granted no problem. Thank you again! The elevators tend to be on the slow side but that's okay. I am a patient person. Just outside the Pentagon Cuty metro station and the shopping mall. Location was a huge factor.

The staff are all so friendly! Especially Sonia in the club room, she was amazing!

Beautiful property.

The experience was stunning. Impeccable rooms. 24 hour gym with steam room and sauna. 24 hour full menu room service. Adjacent to Classy Dining and shopping and/or bargains of you want.The restaurant choices were Amazing. The price difference insignificant compared to other lodging choices. Ritz-Carlton is my go-to brand.

Super clean hotel with spacious rooms. Staff is very welcoming. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms don't have a personal fridge for usage.

Great location. Upmarket amenities, accommodations and food. Perfect spot for moving my son to his Arlington apartment.

After an incredibly stressful night, arriving at 5:00 a.m. with my child and needing a place to stay, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. From the moment we walked in, everyone was understanding, professional, and genuinely compassionate about our situation. The room was absolutely amazing—clean, comfortable, beautifully appointed, and exactly what we needed after a long and exhausting journey. The level of hospitality exceeded my expectations and made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. The location was also perfect, with convenient access to everything we needed during our stay. Every interaction with the staff reflected the high standard of service that the Ritz-Carlton is known for. Thank you to the team for turning a difficult experience into a positive one. Your kindness and outstanding customer service will not be forgotten. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.
