Clean, quiet, and comfortable stay. Will definitely stay again if I am in the area!

Cleanly ness. I booked two rooms: one room with two queen beds for a family of four, and another room with a king bed for two adults. When we checked in, the hotel was oversold and they did not have the two-queen-bed room that I had reserved and paid for. Instead, they gave us a room with one king bed and a sofa bed. The staff was not helpful or understanding. They repeatedly told me this was an “upgrade,” but I never requested an upgrade. I don’t consider replacing two proper queen beds with a king bed and sofa bed an upgrade, especially when the room I specifically booked was unavailable. I was also charged for the two-queen-bed room even though I did not receive the room I paid for. We ultimately had to book another room at a different hotel at the last minute, which was extremely inconvenient for our family. There was very little empathy or effort to resolve the situation. This was a very disappointing experience, and I honestly did not expect this level of service from a Marriott-branded hotel.

The location was excellent due to the availability of nearby stores, restaurants etc.. I was not happy to pay a parking fee.
