Easy access to public transportation, shopping, restaurants The upkeep of the building is poorly. They use burnt cigarettes holes linen and blankets. They wet wipes the floors in rooms, instead of mopping. The smoker rooms are poorly ventilated. Make up false accusations, just so they won’t refund the incidental deposit fees.

I should have read the reviews. This hotel was dirty, beds were uncomfortable and the bedding was cheap and scratchy. I do not recommend!

Fine room. Budget motel. No frllls. Slow internet.

It was the only hotel available in Alexandria the day I needed accommodations due to a burst water leak in my home There was no hot water at 10pm or at 10 am. The floor was not clean. It was sticky. There was debris on the floor, including hair, a bobby pin and a dead bug. I came back at 10 pm, after going out to dinner to find, at least, 5 police cars on the property, at the entrance and near my room. I had to wait to park my car as they were blocking the parking lot.

Not a good experience. Smell of weed outside the room. Smell of cigarette smoke when I ran the very loud AC unit. Bed was a brick. Towels need to be changed out as they were thin, dingy, and scratchy.

Location: convenient and safe. 1.The original room bathroom’s ventilation system did not work. Complained about it at least 3 months, and finally they move me to a better room(unit). 2. No warm breakfast: it was just very basic. 3. They also charged $5 per night for parking, which was annoying and absurd!

My room was fine. I was asulted by another customer 8n the lobby and the man at the desk did nothing to help. The man through me crossed the lobby and had his fist in my face and was threatening to punch me.I had to call the cops and he took off.But I received no assistance from the hotel My room was fine.
