The location was perfect lots of restaurants that was walking distance away. The beds are not very comfortable. And the air conditioning not very cold.

It was fairly clean. The deposit was high considering the quality, breakfast was poor.

A Super 8 Hotel employee witnessed the fall. It has now been more than 24 hours since I reported the incident, and I have not received any response from your office. Clea rooms, very helpful staff and close to shopping centers

Nothing. The beds were very stiff and the floor outside was infested with cockroaches. It is basically a motel so my expectations were low, but I guess they weren't low enough. The attendant tried to convince me that bugs are normal and I replied "its also normal to refund unsanitary and unhygienic conditions," to which they were dumbfounded. I tried to meet the manager and there was a short email exchange, but they never called back or replied to compensate me for my stay. Very upsetting experience and borderline inhumane. There was a bug on my bed pillow at around 11pm. I instinctively killed it but I wish I didn't so I could have taken a picture of it on my bed. I've attached a picture of the killed bug below. Then, I couldn't sleep the rest of the Sunday night before my first day of work. After requesting a refund I was ignored. I will be contacting my credit card company.

Absolutely nothing. There was mold on my pillows, mold all over the bathroom. It looked like no one had ever swept there, you had to wear socks or your feet would turn black. Place smelled like mold

The staff was extremely rude and overbearing. They told me my sister whom checked in with me could no longer stay in the room because I wasn't there as u had to drive back to Philly the next day . Its the most ridiculous and unacceptable to treat customers as you do.

Please change towel it’s too old and dairy. And why are you charging for the parking?

Place was clean, there are plenty of stores and food very close. The bus is also close.

The bed cushions were terrible.

Smoking Stains on the blanket on the one bed. So I slept on the other bed no big deal. Still disgusting.

I couldn’t sleep. They put me in a second-floor room, and the guests next to me were arguing early in the morning and cursing loudly. I’m not sure if they were fighting with staff or someone else, but it was really unpleasant and kept me awake all night.

Saw crawling roaches around the reception/dining area which should be taken care off.
