Receptionist unkind and I was charged wrongly

It was my birthday yesterday and i checked in around maybe late 8 or 9. I missed her name but the lady that checked me in at the front desk was very nice and showed nothing but hospitality! My room was very clean and I had very nice sleep !

Our stay was great, no issues. Location was good 0.2 miles near food, shopping and movie theatre.

The facility and room were very clean. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

I just didn’t like that I had to pay parking and so much, I’ve never been charged for parking before in other hotels while I stayed…. Other than that everything was good.

Prefect location for an overnight stay. Convenient to highway, grocery store and old town Alexandria. Hotel clean and staff is great.

The staff was courteous, welcoming, and professional. The room was clean and inviting. I did not have breakfast, but it was available. I would return if I am in the Alexandria area again.
