The fact that their door to the Chestnut wood cabinet was broken and fell onto my right shoulder. And I already have to have surgery on my spine and shoulder. The cabinet door falling on me just made things worse.

They couldn’t get us into a room despite having a reservation after we had been driving for 5 hours in the middle of the night. Getting a room. Also I need my money back because you told me my cancellation fee would be waived and you charged me the full amount?!?

The location was great and close to restraunts . The rest room door was locked ... had to get a maintenence guy to get the door unlocked upon arrival.

I don’t understand why I was charged an additional 20 dollars on checking in after paying 144 dollars when booking the room I booked the room because I had oral surgery that day why wasn’t that covered when I booked the room
