The front desk was very accommodating. The room was nice, however it took a long time to cool after a hot day. The grounds were fair. There were small items of trash in the landscaping but that may be due to the grounds crew. I was slightly surprised at the $15 per day parking and the elevated hotel price for a pastry. Overall the stay was short but acceptable. Using Bonvoy points might save you a few dollars.

Good location

Clean. Helpful staff. Proximity to metro station misleading on website. "Just steps away" isnt actually a lie, but it is a 14 minute walk which felt much longer in the unusually high heat (102 °F) of July.

We didn't use any of the extra amenities, but the property was easy to access, the property as a whole and our room were very clean and the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Also, the bathroom toilet is set so low, it was difficult to use. This was very disappointing. I won’t use Courtyard Marriot again.

I would use again

My stay was okay but they overbooked and I didn’t get the room I had booked so that was quite annoying and they didn’t seem to care about that at all. Don’t think I’ll be staying at this location again.

Our room wasn’t cleaned, towels weren’t changed and beds weren’t not made. Very disappointed never stayed in a hotel where they didn’t make the beds, clean the room or change the towels
-
Sound proof was poor. I could hear my neighbor watching TV even after 10PM. AC was loud.

Would recommend to stay here if in the area. No complaints

Hotel was a 10 minute walk to the DC metro

This is a decent choice in the area. We have no complaints and it wasn’t amazing. I’d say a solid very good. We felt the bed was too firm but another in our party liked it. It was clean and not loud. Body wash dispenser was broken. The am front desk person was rude - not at all helpful to a foreign traveler and outright lied about not having a printer, since she printed a receipt for me before I even asked for it. Evening check-in was great! Super helpful person moved us to adjacent rooms. Breakfast and parking for a fee. We did not eat. Lot is a bit tight if you have a big car but there is a deck we didn’t use. I’d stay there again or choose a different option if it was cheaper.

Toilet too low to floor. With back problems hard to be comcomfort

Good location and value.

It took so long to check in as a group of kids decided to descend upon the snack bar and the one desk clerk had to ring them up. That was a turn off since we were tired and just wanted to get to bed
-
It was clean. Love the balcony view and was close to restaurants Paying for parking
