Great location, great staff service, great valet parking, clean and comfy beds. The pillows are really uncomfortable, they are thin as air.

Breakfast was ok and the hotel stay was amazing.

Staff when I checked in did not even give any information such as parking ect. When I woke up the next day, there was a smear of blood/ stain on my blanket. I had no chance of checking because it was 2am when I got to the room and I was tired.

Customer service was mediocre at best. Very grumpy about even the smallest requests. Check in person was unhappy and unhelpful. The only good customer service was found in the servers in the restaurant.

The restaurant attached to the hotel had great food and drinks. The hotel lobby and elevators smelled clean and fresh. The comforter on the bed was the best part.

The valet parking was very expensive at $45. On the weekend you could juggle and park on the street if need be.

I contacted the cancellation number and they tried three times to cancel the reservation, but were unable to complete it. They gave me the Westin's direct number, which I called and left a message. Unfortunately, I have not received a callback or any confirmation that the reservation has been canceled.
