My check in process was very smooth, didn't have a long wait at the front desk. I regret not asking the young lady at the front desk for her name. She was very professional and polite. All in all our stay was great. This was our third/fourth time staying at this particular hotel and we will be back when we visit the area.

Very very nice hotel

The staff was courteous as always and the hotel restaurant had great food and drink options. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My one issue was with the complimentary food coupon. It was unclear to me that the coupon was a one time use. If you used the coupon for a restaurant purchase less than the coupon value, you were not allowed to use the remaining balance on a future meal/drink.

Really loved this hotel. Room service: quality of dishes were OK, but certainly helpful if you were unable to go out or didn't feel like ordering out.

Great stay

Overall a positive stay- lots of construction made the lobby loud and congested. After checkout I left my keys in the room only to be stuck and unable to leave the garage without it. Had to back up and go back to get the key to get out- which made catching my flight a little more stressful. Should be a way to leave without key. That was the biggest issue I had.

At $45/day valet parking was a drag.

We had a great experience at this hotel. There was one unfortunate hiccup, but the staff handled it very well. We didn’t realize that pets are allowed in this hotel. Someone in the room next to us left their dog unattended for the evening…a clear violation of hotel policy. When the barking threatened to keep us up at night, the night manager, Kuldeep, was gracious to offer us another room with an upgrade. While it was not ideal to have to pack up and move, we were incredibly grateful for the opportunity to get a peaceful night of rest. We found the restaurant staff to be very pleasant and helpful as well, and our breakfast meals were delicious!

The room was ok but they gave us a number room that did not exist. An error from the front desk. The. We had trouble using the key card. The solution offered was to play with the door until it clicked. On the other hand the valet and the hotel porter were very helpful.

Had requests regarding the room location and the hotel accommodated!

A great way to end a long America 250 celebration vacation. Pretty close to the perfect stay

Staff was extremely rude and not helpful. Parking is valet only and costs $45 a day. Valet service was even more rude than the staff at the hotel.
-
Great location, beautiful property, and the staff is super friendly. Walking distance from the metro, but they also have a shuttle service if you prefer. Lots of eateries around. We had a great stay!
