Hilton Alexandria Old Town

Great location

Middle Eastern woman with short hair and glasses is very rude. Obviously she doesn't care to be nice to the guests coming in. Please retrain her on how to provide good customer service. I love your hote, but people like her make me not want to come back.

The location is perfect Rooms are clean and spacious, furniture is a little tired but still functional.

Great location in Old Town Alexandria VA

Very nice place to stay but too expensive for rooms. Plus common amenities cost additional like parking ($37) and breakfast ($27) which was only slightly better than the free breakfasts most mid range hotels offer.

Quick trip to see a concert! The property was beautiful and it was so convenient to take the metro to the venue! Bar staff was friendly!

Good value for the price- hotel is very clean and convenient. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Rooms are larger and clean- but did feel some dampness in the room.

Gorgeous hotel in an ideal location right on King Street. Staff was incredibly helpful and professional. I LOVE that this hotel has a gym, a patio, and a restaurant.

For the most part, everything was all right; however, the carpet had long wrinkles in it, and the room smelled musty. Additionally, $37 parking fee seemed extreme.

The hotel was pretty and we had high hopes after a night before experience in a different hotel. Unfortunately, the restaurant had a limited menu due to some mechanical issue and the bar had things on their menu that they didn't have ingredients for. That really put a damper on our stay as we didn't plan on walking around the area or leaving the garage with our vehicle. Everything else was pretty good.

Place was great. Conveniently located a few steps away from the metro station to get across town to the Nation Mall and surrounding areas to visit. The staff were very helpful and accomodating to my needs and with my parking situation. If you are looking to be in the area this is a great place to stay!

Fantastic location with lots to do locally by hoping on the free trolley and very friendly staff, close to the Metro and Amtrak. Stayed for 4 days.

Room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Close to the metro and Old Town. Gym facilities were gret. Took 2O minutes to check in because of lousy systems. Charged an abominable amount of money to park our car overnight. Room was very standard for the price.

The proximity to the waterfront and all of the amenities of the old town was spot on. Across the street is the bus depot and you can grab the trolley there. You can also get off on Diagonal Street right in front of the hotel when you are done with the day.
