Starbucks in the lobby, conveniently located across the street from the metro/VRE/Amtrak. Walkable to anywhere in OTX. If you are too lazy to walk (or it's waaaaaay too hot!) grab the (free) Old Town Trolley from the bus station, also across the street, which takes you all the way to Waterfront park making stops along the way.

Great location. Spacious rooms.

Great location. Loved the Starbucks inside. The staff was not helpful. Hospitality was lacking. Our room was awful. First I was given the incorrect room and told there was nothing else available. The room was dusty. Stains on the furniture. Lamp shades broken. The outlets didn’t work in the nightstand. The desk was dirty. Crud under the glass. The room had been flooded as the door was falling apart at the bottom. The duck down pillows were from 2018. They should be replaced every 2-3 years. You could tell the other pillows were washed as the labels were melted from a dryer. Imagine sleeping on a pillow that went through 8 years of countless people. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Hilton. All I received was a “We’re sorry” and “This is not our standards”. Nobody offered to make it right. Do not recommend staying at this location.

The water pressure in the shower was too low.

For a Hilton, I was disappointed. The beds in the room were doubles, not queens. It felt a little cheap for Hilton to not just put in queen beds. Housekeeping cleaned the room and instead of giving us fresh towels, just folded up our already used towels, so then we had no way of knowing whose towel was whose (they were still damp when we went to use them). The breakfast was not the greatest and prices weren’t listed beforehand. My daughter had a glass of milk and we were charged for her having the buffet which was an outrageous price. The facility itself was clean and the staff was friendly and responsive to their text line.

Will never stay there again and definitely will not recommend it

Convenient location near metro and walkable to shops/restaurants
-
Great location. Easy to access from the airport and within walking distance of many food options. Lots of transit options to conveniently get around the area without the cost of rideshare.
-
The hotel was very clean. The staff friendly and helpful. Great location. Came to Alexandria via train. Very close to train station and metro. Waterfront within walking distance and on direct route of the free KingStreet Trolley.

All around fantastic stay

The restaurant within the hotel is nothing to brag about; food was mediocre at best. Bartender can’t mix to save his life. Make sure you stop to check in before you park in the garage because the garage attendant is rude if you pull into the side space. And make sure you pay attention when parking. Drive around to the blue markings so you are in the right spot. The garage is shared with Wyndham and the offices above.

Nice room, professional staff and great location. They have underground parking but wasn't marked very well and difficult to locate.

Great location

The parking lot is a nightmare - finding parking, finding the elevator, and THEN finding your car. The rooms are fine, but they should most definitely add a mirror in the bedroom. The room has a large empty wall that could easily have a mirror. It was hard getting ready with girls and only one mirror in the room.

We had a wonderful time other than the toilet not flushing.
-
Close to Amtrak and metro. Not enough coffee in room and no microwave in the room.
