Everything sparkling new and very clean, decor presented in a nice DC vibe. Delicious all-day restaurant. My favorite breakfast on the road is the Hyatt Centric. Nice bar that attracts people from the surrounding area in the evening. Can even order an early breakfast before the restaurant opens. Very friendly and obliging staff.

It was a nice property.

Good location, modern, style and the free trolly to waterfront was good

Had a pleasant stay here. My room was clean and very quiet on my floor. Overall the hotel is very nice, I’d stay here again. Only wish they had an outdoor space to sit at night when you’re done hanging around but not ready to settle down for the night. That would be my only thing to make a comment about.

The front desk staff was unfriendly and provided poor customer service. In addition, the room was unbelievably small compared to other Hyatt properties I have stayed at, making the overall experience very disappointing.
-
We had no air-conditioning and the front desk suggestion was that we moved to a different hotel. There was no manager available to deal with this situation. We had three rooms reserved. Two of them had to wear air conditioning. At check-in, we were charged random amount as Security deposits - each room different and the desk completely unable to explain why. It is 24 hours after departure. I still have no resolution on any of these complaints. Will not stay again at this property and would not recommend it to anyone visiting Alexandria.

Staff was unhelpful; when calling for additional things, they did not provide them as they said they would and we had to go downstairs to get everything because they never showed up. Also ran out of Kleenex as the box was almost empty before we checked in and front desk said they didn’t have any at the front desk - not something I expect of Hyatt.

Everyone at the hotel was friendly and very helpful. We loved the location of the hotel. It was central to everything and right on the trolley line. We highly recommend this property!
-
We liked the close proximity to the train station although it was a little far to walk in the heat. The room was clean and comfortable . We did have a problem with the toilet but maintenance arrived quickly to fix it. We also enjoyed the on site restaurant for both breakfast and dinner.
-
Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at in the area. Amazing staff and location is great
-
The coffee machine in the lobby was out of order. There was only one set of towels in the room, which we did not discover until shower time the next morning. Valets very helpful.

One of the best deals in town. Staff is helpful, facilities modern but essential only. Very central. Loved it! Will come again

Room was not cleaned during our stay. We had to request additional towels and the towels were raggady and thin.
-
