No parking

The room was small but it was in a great area, staff was great each day and morning with getting my car. I really enjoyed my stay, I was with my son and he loved it.

Metro, trolley, restaurants
-
The Hyatt Centric is an amazing property! Convenient to the Metro, clean rooms, wonderful staff! Will definitely stay there again!
-
The front desk staff was exceptional, especially Stephen (sp?) Got a king room and it was smaller than expected. Just barely enough room for 2 adults and 2 suitcases. Unpopular opinion, but would’ve been nice to have a smokers spot tucked somewhere. We like to be respectful to those who don’t smoke and had to walk around back to an alley. No where to sit and enjoy morning coffee.
-
So close to the Metro station, and a trolley stop right across the street. Made it so easy to get to and see King Street. Need some more bottle fill stations.
-
The location is superb, convenient to everything including the waterfront! Although our pristine room was overlooking King St., it was very quiet. We didn't hear the traffic. Also, the front desk clerks were very helpful, especially Steven. I highly recommend this hotel!
-
Other than the parking issue, it is located near all the Washington's memorials and the MGM in Maryland. Plenty to do in the area.
-
Downsides: a bit small for a room, little to no amenities - no water, no Tea or coffee in the lobby, no cream no sugar.
-
Location was great, rooms were as expected, elevators ran well, The check in process felt arduous
-
Location. The front desk personnel were friendly and very accommodating.
-
Parking was very expensive It should be included
-
Location Bed was so thin and saggy. Pillows split in half.
-
Every employee we came in contact with was pleasant, helpful and smiling. I recognize that as a downtown location, room size is a concern; however, it would have been nicer (without having to pay more) to have a little more room in our room.
-
I like the location of this hotel it is at the centre of the old town, accessible to the metro and buses, near to the tourist attractions. The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. Everything is nice in this hotel.

the room not being ready wasn't that big of an issue things happen the not having any regard for it being a inconvenience in a hospitality setting is the bigger issue. And why they couldn't have called to let up know the rooms would be delayed when it was earlier would have been appreciated, we could have changed our plans accordingly. the room was fine clean comfortable
-
Small but nice room. Hotel is walking distance to many shop and restaurants.
-
The room was clean! Coffee pods were not restocked in our room and theKeurig down in the lobby was broken, so having a nice coffee in the morning before heading to the airport wasn't possible.
-
It was really clean
-
The staff were all nice, friendly, and welcoming, making the check-in and overall experience pleasant. The hotel’s location is also convenient for exploring Old Town Alexandria. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area Nothing
