Archer Hotel Old Town Alexandria

Our stay was so pleasant from the moment we were greeted by Sofia until the last day! We stayed 5 nights and felt so at home. I'm a flight attendant and stay at many hotels all over the world. I can truly say that this hotel has the right formula and the staff is great! Attached to the hotel is a fabulous breakfast joint open until 2:30, with good food made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The beds are great, the rooms are big and the trolley stop is close by. Easy to get to from DCA on the Metro. Go to the wharf in minutes for free on the trolley. Sofia spent a lot of time helping us with various things and was genuinely happy to be there. Highly recommend this hotel!

We loved staying in Old Town Alexandria. The rooms were immaculate and modern. The two restaurants attached were both good as well.

Loved the locale close to metro and old town restaurants! We ate at the Home Grown for breakfast twice and loved the avocado toast and power bowl breakfast, and coffee in the lobby at 5:30am ❤️

We stayed here for a fun weekend get away. It was a wonderful area to stay and the trolley was an added bonus. It took us right to the dining area with lots of shopping & food options.

Large suite, gigantic open bathroom. Lots of coffee pods daily replenished. Attached breakfast restaurant is great too with reasonable prices. Short walk to Alexandria Metro Station, in Old Town, fair walk to Potomac Riverfront. Outstanding.

Such a very quaint, boutique hotel. The room was spacious, clean. The bathroom was huge and contained a bathtub and a shower. The adjacent restaurant to the hotel had a delicious breakfast. I also loved the little touches to the room, like the books by the bed and the rubber ducky. I will definitely stay again when in Alexandria. Highly recommend!

Super clean room. Great housekeeping!! Front desk staff super friendly and welcoming. Wonderful location. Very close to metro. Short walk. Cute neighborhood. Good places to eat. Andy’s pizza excellent located four blocks away. Good walking distance to Saturday Farmers market! Overall GREAT EXPERIENCE! And hotel restaurant was very good and friendly staff. Will stay there again!!!

A clean and quiet room with a comfortable bed and great staff are sometimes overlooked but certainly not at The Archer.

I stay at this location 3 times a year and it never disappoint

I had a most incredible stay at the Archer Hotel starting with the exceptional service from their team members, to include Sylvester and the entire valet team making parking seamless, to Sophia’s warm welcome and hospitality at the front desk, to the delightful staff at their hotel bar and restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious meal in a pleasant ambiance with 12/10 cocktails! The rooms are spacious and beautifully detailed, equipped with everything you’d need for a business or girls trip. They have an impressive gym area located near the spa for those who like to keep active while away. The location of this establishment couldn’t be more conveniently and centrally located to all that King street has to offer. I can’t wait for my next stay at the Archer Hotel!
