Great location in Old Town. Very unique and classic renovated historical building. Just a few steps away from everything...
-
The staff (Isabella and others whose names I don't remember) was friendly and helpful. The main problem was the lift (one was out of order) so it was difficult to go up and down.
-
Great location! Walkable to quite a few places; near Metro as well. Updated hotel.
-
I loved it. Close to everything.

Great botique hotel walking distance to everything on King Ave.

Great stay! Ideal location in Old Town

Upon finding out that elevators were broken, I explained that my Mom could not go up and down several flights of stairs at her age. No offer to change us to a lower floor, help with bags, nothing...just a smug "we didn't want the elevators to break". My suggestion if you have two elevators at the hotel, and one already had old signs on it since it had been "out of order", then fix it. Don't act surprised when the only working elevator goes out and act like it is beyond your control. Close the hotel for maintenance if needed to fix your elevators. Lookup the Americans with Disabilities Act and comply with it.

My daughter and I stayed here for a little spring break staycation and had a lovely visit. This hotel is steps away from the Old Towne Trolley that takes you up and down King Street. The area around the hotel is extremely walkable even for little ones; also, the staff is friendly and attentive. I told the kind front desk agent at check-in that my daughter and I scrapbook and we returned to our room after a busy day with a cute little stuffy in a robe and pajamas, AND they brought us some stickers/ribbon for our scrapbooking. On top of all of that, the breakfast at the restaurant connected to the venue was so good and the wait staff were so friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly. Just know you will have to handle your own luggage. Were use to that but some families aren’t.
