We arrived during a storm and they had no power

parking underneath the hotel: available but was npt so easy to figure out. Typical thing where the staff indicates that it is not a problem. Yeah, but only if you have done it a bunch of times or undersand the pitfalls. "Just just use your room key (BTW--obtain room key B4 you attmept to park!) to get into the below the hotel garage (to open the lift gate). Park on level P2" (Yes, but there are a whole bunch of sections to P2!). And then come right up the elevator to Embassy Suites and transfer to the hotel's elevators. YeaH, and how do you acess the garage elevator? Keep in mind that with any parking garage, U R one moment of inattention from nailing one of the many randomly placed concrete suppoirt structures. While your attention is on avoiding those, you will probably miss the signs guiding you to the P2 parking area where YOU ARE SUPPOSED to park (the Blue/Green colored area denotes EMbassy Suites parking). If you can park in that colored area, you should be in good shape to find the GLASS SLIDING DOORS which will gwet you inside of the EMbassy property. Then go up as far as you can, exit the elevator and drag bags across the lobby floor! To the hotel's main elevator. All of this took me about an hour to accomplish. I arrived at about 11:50 PM and didn't get into my room with 3 pieces of luggage until just B4 1:00 AM. Was not a happy camper. Hotel needs to print out a little PAPER guide to a "Parking and getting into the Hotel," Prob Solved! Wake up, EMBSSY!

I like the breakfast and complimentary drinks. I would definitely attend again.

Justin was very helpful with anything that I needed.

This hotel offers a great complimentary breakfast and evening reception. There is a restaurant on-site for additional paid menu options. Their parking garage charges by the day and lets you enter and exit as often as you'd like. The rooms are well-kept, nice, and clean. The fitness center is open 24/7 but does not have leg-strength training machines, though it does have cardio machines and upper-body options. The pool is closed for a chunk of time in the middle of the day, but I believe that is only on weekdays. They also have a hot tub! The ambience is cozy and tranquil. Make sure to have your key card readily available. You'll need it for all the elevators and the parking garage.

Great overall experience. Metro stop across the street.
-
The breakfast was very good and included . They had an omelet station where they also made fresh pancakes. Rooms were big and clean. Pool was fine and they had a hot tub . Free parking is not included.
-
Great location and stay! Love staying in Alexandria and being able to take the metro into DC.
-
I loved embassy suites, I loved the breakfast that was included and as a bonus the little happy hour snacks and drinks. The facility itself was very nice. I used the pool which was great.

Excellent stay!!
-
Good breakfast....pool area nothing special
-
My overall stay was a 10 out of 10.
-
The hotel is getting ready to undergo renovations. Seating is severely damaged. All eatery seating.
-
Our room was lovely. We loved having separate rooms. The breakfast was amazing and so was the afternoon cocktails and appetizers that were served. The only downside was difficulty finding a place to sit and only 1 bartender serving. Lines were long and people were getting 4 drinks at a time.
-
Location was good for grabbing the Metro
-
The pool was nasty and dirty. That was the main reason I went to this hotel
