The bed felt like I was sinking in….literally. it creaked like no other and felt like it was broken. There were crumbs all under the sofas…it wasn’t to my liking. Waited in the lobby for a good 15-20min before getting help…it was something lol.

Comfy bed Still was dirty towels in bathroom. Did not have light bulbs in some of the lights

The refrigerator made a horrific noise all night had a couple yelling at each other in the room next to me tried to call the front desk and nobody ever answered when I first arrived at the property I stepped in dog poop literally getting out of my car this place could be free and I’d never stay again

When I went to the front desk to ask for plates, bowls, silverware and cups I received two plastic cups one knife, one spoon and a cooking pan. . So I had to buy silverware plates and paper towels was very disappointed in the items I asked for was not supplied, and it shows online that you have them. So I’ll have to think about staying at this facility again.

The lady I spoke with upon arrival was nice. The rooms were terrible. The first room(216)had hair in the sheets. The door did not lock at all and the microwave stopped working while trying to use it. There was an odor in the room as well as greasy stuff on the cabinet knobs and microwave. I go to use the phone to call down to let the front desk know, and the phone gives a busy signal when you press 0. They then switched my room and that was no better. The curtains in both rooms were not put up all the way, so they were slightly open in the middle. The cabinets were dirty and smelled. You can tell that only certain parts of the room was cleaned. At this point, I have traveled 12 plus hours to get there, and me and my baby are tired. Try to set in as much as I can, decide to use the microwave to warm up the food for my little and that microwave is also broken, this time my food was stuck. Staff just brings another one and set it on the counter and leaves the broken one with my food in it, in the room. Literally the worst experience to have had visiting my hometown for the first time in years. And the beds are so bad. Not comfortable nor sturdy at all.

The smell was unpleasant

What was advertised online was far from what I received upon arrival. The hotel room was smelling smoke, pungent. The smoked detector was compromised as in physically manipulated. The paint on the door was striped and the cabinets were misaligned.

Passable
-
the door locked. The room smelled from tobacco.

Bad

Not much, maybe location was still distant from most memorials Price for the not very clean and not taken care of.(property) shower had black mold, shower head was broken and sink was coming detached from the wall.

Just meh, ok for a quick overnight stay. Breakfast was only grab-n-go coffee and muffins. Property feels dated and not the cleanest. It was however the cheapest option in the area, so there's that.

Disappointing
