Just meh, ok for a quick overnight stay. Breakfast was only grab-n-go coffee and muffins. Property feels dated and not the cleanest. It was however the cheapest option in the area, so there's that.

Staff was rude , power went out the first day and stayed out no communication from the staff. Overall terrible experience will not be going back.

Everything about the place looked old and worn out. I typically had to wait at least 5 minutes when I went to the front desk for someone to show up. The shower water pressure was pathetic, barely a dribble. The coffee urn in the lobby was empty 3 of the 5 times I went to use it. The TV volume control did not work. I don't know if this was intentional. Towels were worn, some with holes in them. On the plus side. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful. Though dingy looking, everything appeared to be clean. Everything worked, TV, appliances, A/C. Okay for a $70 per night motel, but, not $140.

Place was not clean, smelled bad and all three of the rooms we visited were unacceptable. We cancelled immediately

Room was very dirty. Mildew in the bathroom, lots of dirt under the beds. Front cover fell off the a/c unit, and it stopped working. Room reeked of smoke- there is no way staff didn’t know that. Stairwells were absolutely gross, trash on the stairs. “Locked” door requiring key to access was not in fact locked- swung right open. After a sweltering night we checked out a day early. Our front desk staff member was very nice and did offer to move us, but we didn’t want another room there.

Refrigerator didn't keep goods cold, bed felt worn out and extremely uncomfortable, toilet did not flush and when a tech arrived it was confirmed broken, bathroom sink did not drain.

No security on the property. Doors are not locked as stated

The location. It's close to downtown and other things. Price for room is not worth it based on the quality. All the doors of the rooms are terrible and get stuck. The snack machines are in the laundry room which the door gets stuck and doesn't want to work. Have to use key cards 5-7 times to get into your room or the laundry room to get snacks. Snack machine wasn't good. Said it was sold out on things that were available.

It was ok for an overnight. Very plain and dated. Don’t include shampoo or hair dryer. Wouldn’t stay at this hotel for more than one night. Not enough amenities for the room.

Great place to stay quiet

This should be your last choice if needing a hotel in the area. Dirty, smells musty and like weed, and they don't even provide cups for water unless you pay.

The grab and go breakfast had almost nothing to eat at it anf only coffee or tea. Would have liked a juice.

The worst place ever I will never go back not worth it for the price I was supposed to stay for two nights but I left next day really bad

I wish to specifically recognize the night manager the nights I was there 5/19 and 5/20 who got me hangers which were missing from my closet, and ice for an injury I sustained during my trip. The freezer in my room came with ice trays so that helped the next day. I also wish to recognize Ms. Hodan Warsame the General Manager who helped me solve a significant inconvenience. Her attention to customer service really helped me, and she was attentive and friendly in other interactions we had. There was no hairdryer in the room, which I found out quite by surprise and that did not meet my expectations. I recommend verifying this detail if you are considering a stay at ESAs in the future. This was a recent change for this property. The grab and go breakfast consisted of packaged muffins, granola bars and envelopes of instant oatmeal, and coffee/tea, I was hoping for a piece of fruit or something a little more substantial.
