Had no hot water asked for my money back they refused me. You guys refused me. You guys are a bunch of losers and lost a member. I will never use Expedia again.

It was affordable. Need ice machine on all floors

The receptionist was not friendly, but he did his job. No shampoo or conditioner. I went shopping for that. Everything else was ok.

The location and price weren't too bad, considering it was July 4th weekend. It was a fine place to stay. Nothing spectacular, but not terrible, either. It didn't seem like the best neighborhood when I walked around a bit, but it was quiet in the hotel property.

It was a bed to sleep in.

Was told the elevator worked. It didnt. Ants in room. Shower was taped together. Staff didn't care. Worst stay ever. Only reason we stayed was im pregnant and my husband drove all night from Florida. No compensation at all.

I booked this hotel in a rush after flight cancellations. The shabbiest place I’ve ever stayed. Felt unsafe and our room stunk of very old stale tobacco.

Front desk people was night mare

There wasn’t a mini fridge, iron or coffee maker in the room. It would have been nice to have coffee at checkout but the lobby didn’t open until 7am. The rooms were standard.

We found a rat in our room. Staff did provide a swift and easy refund process.

The interior of the room was somewhat clean, upon check in I did not notice the bedding side was stained with what appeared to be body fluids. It was discovered on the next to the last day before check-out. The room advertised a refrigerator but no refrigerator was provided. Parking lot had trash all over the place. I would not recommend this property as it is in a homeless area.

Not at all what the pictures look like. The bathroom is very small. There is a bad smell that lingers around the hotel and it is just overall run down.

Definitely an older, somewhat rundown hotel. Room smelled like stale smoke. There were people talking and pounding on floors all night- and the walls are very thin so no sleep was had. Air conditioner sort of worked.

Room was clean and staff was very nice. Breakfast was free coffee and a breakfast bar and chocolate pastry. There was alot of people smoking on property outside so it smelled of different kinds of smoke and came through A/C. Elevator was extremely hot inside and smelled terribly of people smoking. Was not a fan of this hotel.

Aged property that is not well-maintained. Room was not cleaned well. The AC barely kept the room cool. I had a 3 night stay and had to be moved to a different room due to a maintenance issue

Our room had an odor to it… Not sure if it was cigarettes or mildew/old carpet…. The walls of the building and room was old, crumbling and had visible repairs

Overall clean, but some bugs, shower curtain was ripped. Check in was smooth, but not overly friendly, no personality, dated but functional

Air conditioner did not blow cold air right away. No shampoo or soap for the shower. The remote was disgustingly had to use wet wipe to clean. A lot of “smoking” going on….Ice machine only worked once in a three day span.
