Room was clean and staff was very nice. Breakfast was free coffee and a breakfast bar and chocolate pastry. There was alot of people smoking on property outside so it smelled of different kinds of smoke and came through A/C. Elevator was extremely hot inside and smelled terribly of people smoking. Was not a fan of this hotel.

Aged property that is not well-maintained. Room was not cleaned well. The AC barely kept the room cool. I had a 3 night stay and had to be moved to a different room due to a maintenance issue

Our room had an odor to it… Not sure if it was cigarettes or mildew/old carpet…. The walls of the building and room was old, crumbling and had visible repairs
-
Overall clean, but some bugs, shower curtain was ripped. Check in was smooth, but not overly friendly, no personality, dated but functional
-
Air conditioner did not blow cold air right away. No shampoo or soap for the shower. The remote was disgustingly had to use wet wipe to clean. A lot of “smoking” going on….Ice machine only worked once in a three day span.

The facility was sufficiently clean. No issues. No bugs. No hair. No mold. No smell. The staff was OK--no issues. Parking was fine. The breakfast was skimpy--extremely.

I bought it as a king room, they gave me a small bed. They don't have another room
-
price was fine and Parking sticker was re-assuring

All are good, there was internet issue. However, overall is good.

Felt safe the hotel was favorite of truck drivers. Room was clean but the a/c was tepid just glad it was a week when the humidity was bearable. Received what I paid for.
-
Staff was friendly. It was quiet for the location and close to the metro. No toiletries in the room other than hand soap and lotion. The shower was very low. We saw a roach by the elevator but not in our room. Our smoke alarm wouldn't stop beeping. No one mentioned any breakfast or the restaurant that was on site. Outlets were all loose so it was difficult to plug anything in.

N/A Almost everything

A total update of the bathrooms no fridge or microwave poor quality bathtubs.old elevators slow. No free breakfast as advertised below 1 star unfortunately however a good location.

I only stayed one night, but I think it was a good value.

Terriable

This motel was horrible and that smell. I couldn't stay there. People hanging around the outside(homeless etc.) I really didn't feel safe.
-
The one bright spot was the bed—it was easily the softest and most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough to outweigh the other issues.
-
Shower head was set too low and the decor is outdated. The designated smoking areas are also fsr and few between.

The room was pretty clean, the staff were very very helpful. The water pressure was not good, the toilet did not flush very well. Someone kept taking the "Do Not Disturb" sign off of our door. The soda machine and snack machines would not work. My husband walks slow with a cane and the ice machine was on an upper floor so the staff at the front desk were nice enough to give us ice instead of having to go up stairs. It was pretty quiet for the most part. It is an okay place to stay for a night or two, but not for any longer than that. It is close to everything.
