Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Alexandria

Did not eat breakfast. Staff was unable to credit points for my stay.

Staff was unfriendly and not helpful, everything else was fine

Very clean updated room.

We stayed here 3 nights while we were sightseeing in the area. The breakfast is fine. Hot eggs, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, waffles and toast. Our room was on the level below the lobby so we had very spotty cell service. Our refrigerator didn't work and we asked twice for it to be fixed or exchanged. Finally gave up on a cold fridge after two days all our food had gone bad. We asked twice for maid service on the second day and never got it. Finally got some clean towels delivered to the room. The deadbolt in our didn't work. The toilet made a terrible noise when flushed. Ultimately, the place needs some maintenance work done and staff that can communicate with each other and their customers. Very disappointed and will never stay there again.

Very good

Grace and I believe her name was earin she work evening at front desk young girl but they were so helpful and nice they need to have a pat on the back for going out of their way to help us some time just being told helps by the way you have some of the best people working for you one of the friendiest staff all around they all should get a pat on the back never wrote anything before but I think you should know what a good staff you have Nothing just getting around was hard

Everything

Love the hotel No complaints

Love location No complaints

Clean facility but the parking spaces are kind of small and tight.

My room was on the Concourse level, a short walk to the exercise room and indoor pool, which were both clean and in good order. The self-serve breakfast had a wider selection than many other hotels at a similar price point. The free parking was also a plus and convenient walking distance to shopping.

Don't expect a refund

Clean and the breakfast and coffee was good. Location was decent but the surrounding property’s were run down.

Superb

Room was clean and nice. Staff was pleasant and responsive. Included breakfast was fantastic- eggs, sausage, waffles, hot and cold cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt and many other things.

I booked a sute room for 5 hoping 5 th person can sleep in the sofa bed but the mattress is so broken that we can't use it. I had to sleep on the floor.. There was no extra comforter also.
