Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Alexandria

Spent a few nights here and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive from check-in to check-out. Location made it easy to get around to local sights and dining. Would definitely consider staying here again!

This particular hotel had a pool. My son lives in close proximity and I live out of state. I would take him here, because it’s literally the one activity he enjoyed. When I found there was no pool. I walking down the hall to the area and my son has on shorts and a pool noodle. I was devastated. I called the front desk and explained the issue. I also made them aware my son is Autistic. The young lady didn’t care. I wanted a partial refund. She expressed that I couldn’t receive that. With those major issues, the only channel that my namesake Loves to watch was inoperable. I would never stay there again. The young woman was insensitive and very rude.

This hotel was great, driving there you had to bang a uie to get into the lot but it was located perfectly for food and shopping. The hair products were FABULOUS, I came home and immediately bought them on Amazon. The room was very spacious and clean. Would highly recommend and stay again.

The room was satisfactory. Had a little trouble checking in even though I pre -scheduled our stay online. After an outing on day 2 of our stay we returned in the afternoon to find our room keys deactivated and we could not immediately get in. There was a urgent need that we be able to enter our room but one of the desk personal was not very understanding of the situation and was rather rude. We could not rest at night as the room was directly in front of the elevator and lobby and there was constant noise throughout the night.

Inspite of lots of system issues and stress Ms. Toni at the front desk had a great attitude and super awesome to deal with!

They offer pool asked where it was located staff said it’s been closed for years. We booked it for the use of a pool that was offered. If it was shown no pool we would have booked elsewhere.

Breakfast bad

This property was extremely well maintained, and all the representatives were all very polite. patient and respectful.

Pillowcases were stained, room was dirty, lock on the door did not work. Neighborhood was not great either.
