My overall stay was good staff was amazing and friendly, breakfast was also good. The room was ok not too bad. The only issue a ran across is I paid a deposit or my stay which was refundable. Its been two weeks since I been back and its still not refunded to my account.

The room was very well kept. The staff were helpful and courteous. The breakfast was good. It got a little crowded but if you go early, you can avoid the crowd. The pool was clean and our kids had a great time with the other children staying on the property. We would absolutely stay again.

Neat and clean room
-
Friendly staff, very good breakfast, clean

room was clean and the hotel was nice. It's very dark near the main mirror in the room. That's my only complaint.
-
Excellent every thing good.

I stayed here to visit both Washington DC and Alexandria. I emailed the hotel well in advance and they allowed me to drop my bag off early, without charge, so I could do some sighting. Staff at the front desk were extremely helpful when I asked questions. The room was nice and tidy, comfortable bed but a little bit noisey as I had a room adjacent to the main road. The shower pressure was really good. All in all a great base for what I wanted to see. Really enjoyed my stay. A big shout out to Ian (I think that was his name was, the lad with the long hair at reception) Extremely friendly, great customer service and had a fantastic sense of humour as well. He even remembered that I wasn't Canadian (He'll know who I am with that last comment)

Very well run, affordable, and comfortable.

Staff was very helpful. Figuring how to get into the parking lot was a challenge.
-
When I arrived the system was down. So manual check in had to be done . The next day I had issues with my card because of the outage. I would of loved some sort of something just for inconvenience
-
My room was my only complaint. There was a big spider web from the light to the chair. Some build up on the carpet. It was still worth the stay. The breakfast was fresh with many options. The staff was friendly. Parking was easy. The lobby was clean. Maybe just bigger focus on cleaning the rooms before guests arrive.
-
Staff and hotel were excellent, was a tricky place to get into from the road and the additional cost for parking seemed unnecessary as there was nothing else around and plenty of parking spaces available

Great stay

Everything was wonderful

I did not like the unexpected parking charge. It was not listed when I booked. The breakfast could include more variety. The room was clean but looks in need of updates. Overall it was not bad.
