The receptionists at both check in and check out were completely delightful and very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast has a variety of options.

The only thing I would say was that it was challenging finding the driveway to the hotel at night in the dark. So follow your gps instructions even though it doesn’t seem to make sense!

It was nice and clean the staff was very helpful. My only issue was the T.V. situation. How in this day and age do you all not have Smart T.V.s? Netflix, Youtube, Hulu, Tubi, HboMax. People wanna watch their shows man. Get with the times Hampton Inn. Direct TV??? So outdated. Are you serious. The remote control had Netflix and Hulu buttons that had me boosted, only to find out they dont work. Ditch the Direct TV for smart TV’s and you got a perfect establishment.

Staff was nice and pleasant. The room was clean, breakfast was bad but quite busy.

On Monday, I saw someone who looked like a manager — he came in, hugged the receptionist, and then went into the kitchen — wearing a cap with what appeared to be a Palestinian/Hamas flag or symbol. It was pretty clearly visible and looked like a political statement. I understand everyone has their own views, but honestly, being part of the Hilton group, I would not expect to see this kind of political statement from hotel staff.
