Sheraton Suites Old Town Alexandria

One of the back burners was leaking gas and had to be shut off. Hope that’s fixed prior to next client. Upstairs shower was not working when we arrived. Fixed in two days. Downstairs /basement bed uncomfortable. There are two large paintings of nudes/ we had to hang sheets over them to protect our young children. Also, just know the closest business street has some “sketchy” areas- Advise caution.

Overall this property is well maintained and beautiful. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. My only complaint is we couldn’t keep our room at a comfortable temperature. Thermostat was set at 64 but room was reading 72.

Everything was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. It was nice having two separate spaces.

The room was clean and comfortable. The tub was clogged and it took 2 conversations to fix it, but it was fixed and apologies were made. The hotel was a little dated so you will not get luxury here, but it was good for what we needed. I loved the suite style for my family of 4, with 2 teens!

The staff was really nice and helpful. The only confusion we had was the free airport shuttle. It is only for Ronald Reagan airport not Washington dulles. We had to Uber because we were misinformed when we called to confirm that.

One night stay, not much to say. Spotless room and bathroom. Well maintained property.

We thought it was a great place to stay. Conveniently located.

Breakfast service was there but did not acknowledge us until we had served ourselves.

The hotel is nice but lousy service and it blows my mind why the housekeeper would knock if checkout is at 12. Just wait til I leave to clean the room.

Love the suites. Plenty of space, clean and modern.

Clean room, great staff and a convenient location. We stay at the Sheraton Suites every visit to old town and that’s often! Never disappoints

Location and some staff. The staff at breakfast were inattentive and unhelpful. Never offered a menu, brought coffee really late, no instructions on where and how to use voucher. Finding the breakfast buffet was difficult (no signs). Crowded/ shared tables. All-in-all...lousy.

Stay wax fine, the rooms were clean. Shuttle service is extremely unreliable- they say it runs the top of every hour but we waited in the airport well over an hour for pickup. Also don’t count on free fresher coffee. We stayed 2 nights And got 1 voucher girls breakfast, they said this was how it is always done. Ok location near the airport and a short distance to old town. Near a grocery store too. Likely won’t stay here again
