The staff were friendly and courteous. The room was spacious and well appointed. There was a movie theater on the property that was free to use, such a neat amenity. The location was great.

The staffs are super friendly and helpful. The place is quiet and comfortable. Easy to walk to the town.

Bathrooms need condensation fans and carpets need to be steam cleaned. Some bath towels were frayed and looked old. Also, saw several spiders on property inside my room. Recommend pest control.

This was previously the Hotel AKA which is now named The Satire which is part of the Marriot chain. There were odd security stationed everywhere including entering the floors of our rooms. We are regular guests at the hotel and have never felt so uncomfortable. We loved the Hotel AKA, but may try other boutique hotels before staying here again.

I travel several times a week. This is the worst hotel experience I have had in years. The staff - barring a couple of exceptions ( Bar tender / waiters/ Valet) couldn’t care less about the clients. The room was dirty..

The AC was not as cool as the reading on the thermostat.

The hotel was beautiful. The moment we pulled up customer service was amazing! The valet the associate checking us in all amazing and welcoming ! The room was spacious, clean and smelled amazing !! Absolutely loved how comfortable the bedding was and location is excellent for a night out and getting to DC no hassle!!
