Uggh. Dark freezing bad service....

My first stay at an Autograph Collection hotel, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in for a lovely experience. Marvin and Elina at the front desk were exceptionally warm and welcoming, setting the tone for a stay that felt effortless from beginning to end. The check-in process was seamless and completely stress-free. The room was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully appointed, but the bed was truly the highlight. Exceptionally comfortable, it provided some of the best sleep I’ve had in quite some time. As a frequent visitor to AOT, I’m always looking for places that offer that extra touch of comfort and indulgence. This hotel has certainly earned a place on my list of pampering stays, and I look forward to returning.

The satire is great the only problems are the maids don’t speak English so if you can’t speak Spanish then you have to go to the front desk and ask for your room to get cleaned.

The cooling/heating system too noisy

The rooms are very clean and the staff are exceptional in the way they do their job. I was able to check in early

The room was very clean. Just a small musty scent the first few hours. It was right at the entrance of room but it went away.

I like the location of the hotel :) I requested to check in early which didn't happen for me but happened for others ( I saw) The carpets were stained very bad , online pictures can be deceiving. They charged me 27 for a lemon drop beverage , they charged me 44 for valet parking which i thought was free, as soon as I checked in and saw the room I wanted to check out but I was extremely tired , definitely isn't worth what I paid , Outside patio furniture is filthy , Other than that , enjoy

The experience was so amazing down from the time that we got there to up until we left. The staff was so engaging and very helpful for a short time that we were there Anora was an absolutely delight and will be returning soon!

The room was so clean and the Nespresso coffee with real coffee cups was such a nice touch. As a coffee lover, I appreciate that! The bathrobe was also great! A little too dark in the lobby!
