Great location with many restaurants and boutiques within walking distance. Close to pier and waterfront park.

The property on King St was very central to everything one needed to do and see. Although I did not require it, it was interesting to note the front doors were not accessible, making it difficult for someone in a wheelchair.

Perfect location to stay in beautiful, walkable Alexandria. This hotel resides in the middle of everything related to shopping, dining and history immersion. The property is comfortable and staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room could haved used a renovation, everything felt old, smelled like damp wood and sadness. The Restaurant is closed on Monday, which would have been on very to know beforehand. No continental breakfast is offered but they did say a $15 credit was offered for breakfaat at the restaurant but I left at 4:30AM so I didn't get to try it. The best thing about it is a few blocks from the water front. I wouldn't recommend it you REALLY need it's location.

I like the Marriott autograph hotels. This was my least favorite. Location was actually perfect. I was refunded because I had to switch rooms from a broken air-conditioning unit, the Keurig was broken, and there was a musty smell in both rooms. But then in other areas it smelled amazing. I’m not sure what I was smelling outside the room, but I loved it. Staff was very friendly and helpful with any of the problems we did have. I don’t know if I would stay there again…Because of the musty smell. That would be my biggest reason. We did not have breakfast, which I would’ve liked to try. We did go for dinner. The menu was underwhelming. Drinks and appetizers were sufficient. No one was inspired to order dinner there. But what we did eat, we enjoyed.

Very nice hotel. Have stayed there many times. There’s a parking garage that connects to the hotel. It’s a bit pricey but you park it yourself - no valet. But no continental breakfast either.

The hotel was in a great location, plenty of restaurants and shops to browse. It was only 1 1/2 blocks from the waterfront which was really nice as the weather was perfect for walking and exploring. The hotel also had a very nice restaurant and the wait staff was helpful.

The location was perfect. The lobby of the hotel was beautiful, and served sangria or old- fashions during the happy hour daily. We loved the location of the hotel because it was so near the Walking district. The hotel staff on each shift were lovely, and very helpful. My room number 425 had an unpleasant odor. I asked for a room deodorizer and they brought it to me. That did help the odor in the room, but clearly the carpet needed cleaned.
