Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Allen at Allen Event Center

Nice location, close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Lobby & bar was nice, Pool was big. Did not have a hot tub which was disappointing. Room was basic. Nothing extra given with coffee maker or any waters. The bathroom was very disappointing. The floor has black skuff marks. The tub/shower looked patched and wasn't the same color. No clean towels or room service given & I wasn't informed at check in that you had to request it. If that was the reason. The beds were old & lumpy. An upgrade on the rooms & bathroom is needed for this hotel ASAP. It could be a good place with those much needed improvements.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel because everything was excellent....

We only saw housekeeping once in our 4 day stay. Other than that , great place.

Staff clean room

The reservation process was a little jacked this time and did not go as smoothly and for some reason I am not getting my Marriot rewards on this visit? Room was on 2 no floor and not as nice as the room I stayed in on the 6th floor the other day.

The only negative I had was that the coffee shop Starbucks I think inside the hotel closed at 10am and check out is 12pm. We went down there for a coffee and maybe a bagel but they were closed. Kind of a bummer.

Clean and comfy!

The staff was very helpful in helping me with my needs. I just stayed at an Embassy a week earlier in the DC area. Between the 2 rooms the Marriott was more impressive, but embassy still has the best free breakfast.

The coffee in the lobby is empty at 8:30 AM. After reporting at the front desk, takes several minutes to fill it. Same with water in the front lobby. Coffee is available only in the morning not in the evening. Suite room is quite small and why was it called suite?

Excellent Hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots to do around the Hotel.

Great place. Everyone on staff was so nice and helpful. Defiantly will stay again when traveling to Allen TX.

Nice and clean Only had one operating elevator

Bedsheet had a tear. There wasn't even a water bottle in the room.
