Location Tv service was awful. Not everyone wants to stream and pay. Reception was terrible. Kept cutting in and out.

Access to outlet Our door malfunction and was left stranded in hallway for about 45 minutes to and hour until front desk guy was able to fix. Would have like to be compensated for this.

Everything was good and clean. Breakfast was horrible.

The staff was incredibly nice! We got a room upgrade and the breakfast was good. Parking as also good as well. We never had to worry about not having a space. I could see that being a concern during busier times, but it wasn’t an issue for us. Great experience!

I enjoyed my stay so much! The desk staff was amazingly helpful and friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the room layout was BETTER than the Marriott! I hope to stay with Hampton Inn again in the future!

I don’t recommend and was upset the beds are uncomfortable and the pillows and sheets also are rough. Do t recommend. Also I got in the bed and something scratched leg. I looked doe. And was blessings. Checked and found Metal coming out of matress . Told frying desk and they didn’t seem to care.

We arrived at our door, which looked as if it had been pried open. NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION. The air in the room is controlled (possibly by staff?) and it doesn't appear that the AC units are checked in depth because we found snack wrappers in ours, and the air was not cold.

Breakfast was always on time and delicious! Clean and beautiful dining area. Loved the large, complimentary shampoo,conditioner, and body wash dispensing bottles in the shower. Room was good, except pillow were to hard, but that’s just me. Safe was excellent
