The hotel is good overall just the parking to the entrance was confusing.

Nice hotel in Allentown, hotel bar/restaurant was nice, however menu is limited. Room was nice and modern, staff were helpful.

However, the experience inside the rooms was disappointing. The corridor carpets had a strong musty smell, the coffee machine wasn’t working, and basic amenities like dental kits and daily replenishment of toiletries were missing. Housekeeping was inconsistent and not up to standard, with poor cleaning in areas like bins and drains, and even worn or torn bedding, which felt unacceptable for this category of hotel. On the positive side, the rooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean, and parking is convenient and reasonably priced. Overall, great location and aesthetics, but housekeeping and maintenance really need improvement.

This was a sureal experience I felt so happy because I haven't had a luxury stay like this in a while. They really take care of everything here. Anything from food and entertaining is literally within walking distance. You can't find that in alot of places. I will 100% be coming back.

Excellent hotel attached to the PPL Arena which hosts concerts and sporting events. Room was clean, parking was available in garage at $16, and walking distance to some ok dining options.

The hotel and staff were great. Saturday night in city center Allentown was a little loud for folks not used to city living.

We arrived promptly at 4PM (earliest check-in time) but found ourselves tenth in line because there was only one person working the check-in counter. There were also 6 people waiting to retrieve their luggage from storage. A second employee came to assist at 4:30. We checked out the next day at 9:15 only to find a sign at the counter stating the attendant needed to leave the station but would return shortly. Please make yourself comfortable. I dropped the key off and left. This is a Marriott. I would think they would be fully staffed at critical check-in and check-out times.

The staff was very helpful and the room was nice and clean.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms spacious, comfortable and great decor. Parking is easy but it does take a good walk with stairs to get to the hotel. The bar/ restaurant is very nice with a lovely view. Breakfast was nice but not worth the price.
