The guys from the valet service (provided by a different company) were really amicable When we got there they said the reservation was done for the day before (i didnt even booked until the day that i was going to stay in thre). The Front Desk girl called someone to come assist her and the guy was rude! His attitude was so bad that we declined staying at the hotel, and he straight up refused to provide any documentation of the refund.

Hotel and room were very clean. The staff was great - friendly and helpful. No real amenities though. No refrigerator or microwave. Weirdly, no real place to sit. The room seems to be more about style than function. The bathroom was decent - shower was powerful but the bathroom had a sliding door, which effectively means no privacy. The location is pretty convenient, food, coffee, nightlife are very close. Parking in the ramp works but you have to walk a ways to get there, so not ideal. Parking was also fairly expensive. Maybe just add that to the cost of the room?

The decor and fun atmosphere are amazing. It makes you feel like you've stepped inside an eclectic circus tent. Complete with a bar. I wish there was a mini fridge and coffee maker in the room.
