Everything was great but I wish I had a closet

Very upset about the weed smoke/smell that FILLED our room where my 6 year old was sleeping. I could not leave her there or wake her to report it. The windows do not open. There was lots of hair in the shower that was not ours - little brown hairs around the edges all over. And, the conditioner smelled like nair. I can't believe I spend $450 on that hotel stay. Very disappointed and plan to write a google review.

The valet parking is nice, but we had to obtain our vehicle on our own. The valet person was nice, but definitely should be more than 1 person, especially on a heavy check-out day.

Cool property with a eclectic decor. Great bar and gathering areas. The room was clean and comfortable. We came for a concert at the Archer music hall which is next door. Restaurants are easily walkable also. Great stay!

Hotel has a nice vibe in how is decorated. The room was very clean and loved the steam iron that was really easy to use.

I wish each floor had an ice machine since there’s no mini fridge in the rom. And maybe one more staff member to help in the daytime so the person at check in doesn’t have to do it all. But it was a really cool place and the location was great.

I liked how close it was to the venue. Very convenient. I liked the valet parking option. The room was dirty and had an odor. Dirty bedding that wasn't changed between guests. Very gross. Pubic hair and stains on the sheets. I had to ask for new bedding. Crumbs and debris all around the beds and on the floors. Dirty used towels. Tissue box was empty and toilet paper not replenished. The bathroom was gross. Its weird how you need to go to the bar for everything.
