-Breakfast ended at 10am, they refused to put any food out and it was only 9:20am with a full line of people waiting. -ice machine was broken - laundry room was not operable - the bathroom door wouldn’t close - the room door got stuck multiple times - cigarette burn and stain on the bedding - pool was dirty (pump was off) - the landline to the front desk was not working

The room never got clean o had to go ask for toilet and towels we found some bugs in our room when we go to the stop in the front. One of the gentlemen was extremely rude to my child. It’s on the spectrum. The pool was very cloudy. The gentleman was walking back-and-forth cleaning it as we was inside of the pool and left the shop knife by the pool that I had to go and take to him. My Nephew walked overtime and gave it to him. Some staff members was very nice to speak to, but some other ones was very bothered that we will even ask for questions about help. We have several people knock on our door. They don’t look like they were staying in the property with disturbance to getting woken up to.

Did not stay at hotel because power came back on.
-
The staff was unprofessional the room had spider webs and eggs in it and the pool was packed no room to swim the towels were limited

All of the halls in this hotel smell very strongly of weed! Thankfully the room was okay. The property had garbage on the ground at all the exits and staff was unrecognizable as they were just in street clothes rather than any sort of uniform. There was one staff member who brought his little girl to clean the pool. There is no elevator and the ice machine didn’t work. We will definitely try another hotel in the future.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, the hotel was super clean, Staffing was so nice, breakfast was great, parking was easy. My only complaint and the only reason I didn't give it five stars was the bed was so ungodly uncomfortable...neither one of us could sleep. I don't know why there is new trend where we don't get real pillows and we're only getting throw pillows at hotels but we should stop.. My husband and I travel a lot and this seems to be the trend at a lot of hotels over the last couple years. It makes it so hard to sleep!
-
Too much light entering the room windows, prevented restful sleep. Need better blackout windows.

Great staff

The entire stay was terrible! Gave us keys to someone else room. Sheets had stains and requested manager come to our room. He proceeded to give many excuses including " we rent to the homeless in the off season and they trash the place". They did change the sheets but he "assured us" the stained sheets were clean!

I had a wonderful time here. The staff was accommodating and made sure I had a room closer to my family. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was also really clean and was a delight to use during my stay. There is free breakfast every morning, nothing special but if feels you up and it’s free so nothing to complain about. I highly recommend staying here.

Property is very run down. Rooms were not very clean. The family suite is two rooms with a door that joins together however the second room with the king bed does not have any air unit at all so it was very hot. The bathroom was really not that clean. The staff was friendly at check in but the house cleaners were so loud cleaning rooms and dropping a lot of profanity
