Altamonte Springs Hotel and Suites

They charge us 150 for the deposit and is suppose 50 only and never return my money they says is missing towel and isnot thru . We always traveling any problem but the hotel no good

Room are clean maintenance needs work in some rooms but it's a budget hotel so it's expected. At least you don't find live little critters here they do spray beds are clean pool is clean 3.5 ft to 8 ft ends staff is great friendly and accommodating if you need a room change

I liked that there was a pool. I didn’t like that NONE of the bathroom doors close, they have cockroaches, the fridge in my room leaked everywhere, the ac unit would also leak really badly, they only had coffee to drink no water or anything else just coffee.

Both ladies at the front desk was excellent. Very polite friendly and professional. The only issue I had was smelling smoke and loud talking very late at night. The rooms smells like a basement. I air conditioning was very loud I couldn’t sleep. I am a heart patient and wearing a defibrillator . This was a really bad experience. However very grateful for the young lady at check in.

The property was dirty. The AC unit had mold growing out of it. You can tell it hasn't been clean in months and it was sitting on the floor. There were no black out curtains so the room was extremely warm even with an AC unit. When I went to complain to the staff, I was told since I made the reservations through a third party, I'd have to go through them and they did not help me at all. We checked out the very next day after we checked in.
