Altamonte Springs Hotel and Suites

There are honestly not enough words to describe what a dump this place is. And the $50 deposit? For WHAT? They should be paying you to stay here. The blinds don't even close. There isn't a single place to hang clothes or towels. Hardly any usable outlets. Lamps and phone cords lead to absolutely nowhere. Thank God I brought my own blankets and pillows—although now I feel like those need to be disinfected after being in this room. Everything just feels grimy. And the overall vibe? I'm fairly certain this has been the scene of at least one crime. If you're looking for clean, comfortable, or even mildly reassuring accommodations, keep looking.

The rooms were outdated. Sections of the blinds were missing and I had to change rooms from what I had initially because I did not feel comfortable or safe knowing that others could easily look in my room from the outside because of the missing blinds. Photoes on website did not accurately match what was there.

The property is run down and they have permanent residents on site that have no care in the world. Lots of drug activity and the pictures DO NOT match the actual rooms.

Nothing. It was a horrible experience. It was almost a scam. The place feels like a horror movie and depressing.

They charge us 150 for the deposit and is suppose 50 only and never return my money they says is missing towel and isnot thru . We always traveling any problem but the hotel no good

Room are clean maintenance needs work in some rooms but it's a budget hotel so it's expected. At least you don't find live little critters here they do spray beds are clean pool is clean 3.5 ft to 8 ft ends staff is great friendly and accommodating if you need a room change

I liked that there was a pool. I didn’t like that NONE of the bathroom doors close, they have cockroaches, the fridge in my room leaked everywhere, the ac unit would also leak really badly, they only had coffee to drink no water or anything else just coffee.

Both ladies at the front desk was excellent. Very polite friendly and professional. The only issue I had was smelling smoke and loud talking very late at night. The rooms smells like a basement. I air conditioning was very loud I couldn’t sleep. I am a heart patient and wearing a defibrillator . This was a really bad experience. However very grateful for the young lady at check in.

The property was dirty. The AC unit had mold growing out of it. You can tell it hasn't been clean in months and it was sitting on the floor. There were no black out curtains so the room was extremely warm even with an AC unit. When I went to complain to the staff, I was told since I made the reservations through a third party, I'd have to go through them and they did not help me at all. We checked out the very next day after we checked in.
