Staff was helpful. No room service for the entire week. Gym equipment needs some attention. Using bad equipment may cause personal injuries.

Great stay

The absolute best place to stay in Altamonte Springs, and Seminole County.

German roach in hallway, hallway floors need cleaned, elevator needs cleaned,

Good location. Good room size. I complained over four times about the noise on my floor, dog barking, couple arguing, the microwave in my room was never clean from the past person, my room wasn’t serviced and I stayed over a week. It was here in the bathroom. I had to wash it down. It was here in the bed. I had to remove it off my bed. there was too many people staying there with dogs and too much people staying there long term that I got accustomed and was just constantly yelling, fighting, whatever they were doing in their room could not get comfortable sleep

The hotel room was exactly what we needed. The ac was cold and the room was quiet. It wasn’t a luxury stay but my husband and I could care less— it had a clean bed and bathroom and a kitchen to cook meals on the nights we didn’t want to go out. Overall the experience was nice and the staff was excellent, super helpful and friendly!

I truly didn't like anything about my stay, especially the room. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel. My first room smelled strongly of smoke, was noisy, and did not feel clean despite appearing tidy. The second room was better smelling but was roach-infested, noisy from the highway, and located near an emergency exit. The front-desk employee was very kind and accommodating, but unfortunately, the condition of both rooms forced me to cut my stay short. You definitely get what you pay for here.

The staff location and price. Housekeeping did not clean the microwave. The microwave was filthy. I don’t like taking a bath and seeing here that doesn’t belong to my buddy so it was clean but not fully clean same thing as the bed I’m laying down and I’m seeing a lady strand of here when I pull the covers.

The staff was amazing very accommodating. My room was nice however the bathroom sink didn't drain well and I had unwelcomed visitors. There was ants in my room and two baby roaches. Thank goodness I only stayed for one night. The hallway smelled very stale it really bothered my allergies. The carpet could definitely use some cleaning maybe that would help. It was nice having a full refrigerator and basically a full kitchen. If they can get pest control in there and see if they can improve the aroma in the hallways I would consider staying there again
