Property looks nothing like the pictures , very old hotel , rooms could use serious upgrades . Breakfast very low quality . Location is good, many eating options within walking distance .

When i got back i asked the front desk how come there was nothing to help the guest with programming. They then handed me a list of all stations. Got back to the room and air worked fine, but the tvs had the same issues. The remotes were moved so they did examined them. I called down to the front desk and said they were still bad. They sent a repair man who handed me a new remote and it will work both tvs. It did not help.. i left a 7.30 the next morning and will not go back..

A perfect 4 star hotel - bright, clean, quiet, helpful staff, good free breakfast!

This is my go to hotel in Orlando. Love where it’s located. Stafford Road accommodating when we arrived early this is my second time staying here and will definitely be going back when I visit Orlando.

Could have more towels for the pool but not the end of the world. Would 10/10 recommend. Would love to stay here again. My family truly loves staying here.

We reserved two suites. The staff was kind and helpful, rooms were nice, and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was included 6:30am-9:30am, however the self serve food (eggs and hash browns) were usually gone before 9am but the cook, who was making the special orders, had a great attitude and was working hard to keep the line moving. We were disappointed that there was not extra coffee available after breakfast was served.

Check in was fast and I had no problems the rooms where clean and smelted fresh

The rooms were dirty the first one smelled like mold, the second room had no ac, it was broken! The third room was fine. Nothing to brag about but it had ac and smelled clean. The pool was an indoor pool, which we were excited about but the chlorine level was so high it burned your eyes just being in the room. One of my kids coughed the entire time. So we couldn’t even use the amenities. Breakfast was decent . The staff at night were nice but the day staff were rude, and incompetent. We would never stay there again!!

onto its standards. breakfast was excellent. Staff was attentive and friendly room was clean fair value. there's a little convenience store there which was very convenient and there's a nice restaurant in that serves good food if you don't feel like going out.

Front desk agent was more interested/distracted by phone during check in. Had to ask where room was, Handed keys & parking pass while looking down at phone on the desk. Was not helpful. Pulled up to the hotel with blaring music from motorcycle by front doors and lots of people loitering around, Hotel had a “ghetto” feel upon arriving,

We appreciate the staff members who are working there. Breakfast is great and the rooms are very clean and our space was quiet.

Overall experience very good And location. Breakfast. Ut used to be very good.

Check in was a breeze. The included breakfast was top notch! You get greeted by this guy making omelets to order by a big ole “Goodmorning sir and how are you today?” Make sure you answer him or you may not get your omelet, lol! The onsite restaurant was terrific with great food and drinks! I can’t say enough about the staff. My new go to Hotel!

I purposely seek out Embassy Suites to stay at because of the spacious rooms and amenities. Also the omelet station! It’s the best way to start the day!
