AC works very well. Toilet flushes well and does not run. Breakfast is well stocked for the most part.

Room was amazing, it was basically a studio apartment, full kitchen with basic cooking and eating utensils. Bathroom was nice and clean. Full breakfast in the morning, it was almost like being in a restaurant. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is in area close to restaurants and shopping; however, there was a significant amount of deferred maintenance needed on the property. I was shocked that this was a Marriott property.

This was a terrible traveling experience at this hotel
-
This hotel looks nothing like a Residence Inn by Marriott. Nothing is updated and the furniture in the room is dirty, no silverware, staffing isn’t adequate for a hotel establishment!! So disappointed!!
-
Nice property lots if trees room was clean we had a good stay

The place was great. The breakfast was good and the 2 staff members that exceeded our expectations were Natasha and Karen. They were excellent.

The rooms appear better online than in person. I had to switch rooms because my first room had a hole in the ceiling and it reeked of mildew. The second room still had a small stitch of mildew but not so much. They charged for parking which is so wild to me when hotels do that. But the staff was really nice and friendly. Also, on the pictures it appears to have washer and dryers in rooms but they don't. Maybe I just looked at the photos wrong.

Its one of the few left in old style Residence Inn properties. Its old but maintained well.

I have never been so disappointed with a Marriott property. The first unit they tried to put us in the front door would not open. We were moved to a different unit that was no better. Had dead bugs laying around and had a pungent smell of mold throughout. Housekeeping did very little. Barely made the bed, just threw the blankets over the sheet at the bottom of the bed. Pool was not in service. Fortunately my wife was only staying at night while I was in the hospital just down the road. She spent 4 nights there and all her things smell like mold now. This is a terrible place to stay. I should have gone somewhere else! But the no refund thing, wife decided to just stick it out for the time I was in the hospital. You should be ashamed Marriott!

I would not recommend choosing this property for your stay. It was run down and dirty and not at all what we were expecting. We cut our stay short.

Affordable, 2 bedrooms 2 bath. Property appears aged and in need of updating. Could immediately improve by doing a better job cleaning

An overall great experience. Great location, love the layout of the suites, plenty of room, quiet, blackout curtains! Thank you! Had a great sleep, beds and pillows were super comfy, and the staff were all very kind and helpful.

The room was relatively clean, but VERY dated (carpets need replacing, stained lamp shade, kitchen cabinets a bit beat up, etc. Also, while the pics of the room showed 2 queen beds side by side, we were provided a 2-story room with 1 bedroom on one floor and the 2nd bedroom on the 2nd. The 2nd story was substantially warmer than the 1st. I feel this should have been disclosed upon check-in and asked if this arrangement would work.

The TV in my room didn't work and the carpet near the bathroom was soaking wet. Room smelled musty/moldy

This place looks clean online but it is dirty we rented a room for 4 and they did not have extra blankets for the couch sleepers not to mention how dirty it was very disappointing

I didnt like much. 1. We had a nice sized room. But it smelled HORRIBLY of mold/mildew. We were told that they were sold out on most rooms so we stayed and bought a moisture absorbing bag. Also febreeze and candles. 2. It was a place to stay while our home was being treated for termites. 1. We had no dishes or silverware 2. The staff said that we had to drive ALL the way to the front office (from the back building) to "turn in our bath towels for new ones". 3. There were little bugs all over the stove and oven that made it impossible to use. 4. The room SMELLED so bad we ended up having to buy an odor absorption bag and several candles/air fresheners. 5. It was filthy. No mattress covers on the beds. The couch was gross. The carpet was ripped. 6. We had to bring our own cleaning supplies! They didnt come in the room even though you pay $50 PER NIGHT in "incidentals". 7. Our downstairs bedroom tv looked like someone had attempted to STEAL it. It was disconnected from the wall and my husband who used to be a low voltage electrician had to fix it. 8. I got EXTREMELY sick due to the mold and was on antibiotics and a ton of medicine after. 9. MY ENTIRE HOUSEHOLD GOT LICE. Im not even sure if they clean those rooms tbh. I spent another $150 AFTER the "hotel" trying to get rid of the lice that my family got from them. 10. I tried to call 2x to the general manager to explain all these things - SHE NEVER CALLED BACK. Money hungry, slum lords. And not to mention the "breakfast" that offered no choices for people who are diabetic like me.
