Front desk nice and polite The large deposits and it takes 3-5 business days when some return as checked out or next day

Breakfast as advertised was not available. I was told that no one showed up to replenish the supplies. Other tenants were questionable. It appears to me the property is served also as a rooming house for some people. Saw parents which appear to be taking kids to school.

This is duty place , l smell a lot weird stuff, moisture in a lot places , breakfast must be good for traveling, etc

The environment is beautiful along with bar/food. The staff is wonderful That the bar isn't opened every night

The price speaks for the quality of stay. The pictures make it seem very motel 6 type, but when you arrive, so many things stand out. The cleanliness was terrible, stains on mattresses, smelled terrible in the hall way, like wet carpet... the a/c was leaking onto the floor. So many things wrong but the crazy thing is, the place has potential. If they really put love and care into it and get some more professional staff they will be a great place in the future. Needs alot of love

The hotel was dirty, the elevator wasn't working, and most of the appliances were broken and no working too. The floors were in bad condition, there was too much noise, and the music was loud. I didn't even want to go down to eat breakfast. I had a two-night reservation but only stayed one night, and they wouldn't refund my money "due to hotel policy." For my peace of mind, I preferred to go somewhere else. The only positive thing I can say is that the young man at the front desk (I couldn't get his name) was very helpful and friendly.

Nothing I asked for early check in an email I was told I could arrive early and they should accommodate but I got there and was told no. Before I left after being told this I was told I'd have a first room floor and went back and then I was told that first floor room not available. So I had to cancel and find another place and was really late for my event. I d never book there again.

There is no real breakfast but i can forgive a lot, If that is what you are looking for then ok It is definitely not suitable for families, peole that want some peace and being able to rest, We checked out in the middle of the night and found other lodging : The front desk person seemed lost and unable to help and not surprised that we were leaving in the middle of the night. There should be transparency in regards to the loud music and club atmosphere and what to expect… The explicit lyrics with the music downstairs was offensive with music about n*****, f***, etc was off putting to say the least

Good from far

The included breakfast is very poor—just cereal and coffee. The restaurant is only open from 5 PM to 10 PM. I think they could do a better job; the hotel is well-located, and with proper maintenance, the stay could be much better.

Bad

It’s a decent hotel! The pool is enjoyable! Room was clean and tidy a little outdated however it worked for me! I enjoyed my stay!! Staff were helpful and around!

My family and I were put into a filthy room with BLACK MOULD! All our clothes, shoes and personal items left out were WET every day, the bathroom was nasty, there were little roaches hiding in dark spots, the futon/ couch was visibly dirty, and worst of all, the black mould gave all of us an awful chest/nasal/ lung INFECTION. I was granted a partial refund but really should’ve been given a full refund. It was absolutely unacceptable.

Friendly staff. The elevators and doors were out of order during my stay. The refundable deposit is taking longer than expected.

Very bad experience with everything. I am surprised that Expedia even listing them. Photos on the site are misleading. Never used again. I even canceled my stay after 4 hours
