Opal Hotel & Suites

Room was clean. But when try to shower the water never heated up. And it smelled like sewage. Other than that it was clean.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The pool was great. The only thing I can complain about was there pool party they had with a DJ from 1-10 and of course the music was too loud but it was only one day so it didn’t ruin my stay.

Rosie and Stephany were Top Teir at its Best. I would recommend this hotel 10 times over, if im ever in the area or you are Stop in say hi. This hotel for sure knows how to treat the best. I give them a 10 out of 10.

Absolutely disgusting, pee stains on beds, pull out couch bed was disgusting, black mold on floors and walls and blood on toilet, we left after 20 minutes and booked a different hotel. This hotel should be closed down that's how bad it is. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL.

Property looked nothing like pictures. They said offered continental breakfast with waffles and so forth literally only offered oranges, coffee, yogurt, and a granola bar. Said there was a gym nothing work was falling apart and broken with ceiling falling in. Arrived had to be moved to 4 different rooms for issue's. Then on weekends turned into a nightclub. Not recommend not really for family's with kid's. Roses the new employee there was very helpful though. Also furniture in waiting room legs broke off and on floor.

Terrible experience . Moldy, bed bugs, no restaurant they claimed to have on the photos. false advertising the only real thing was the pool. Was itching every minute being there. No free breakfast as it claimed worst stay ever I genuinely wanna give it a 0 but I can’t.

The pool We stood in room 202. Water was seeping up thru the floor tiles in the main walkway in front of tv, and the tiles in the bathroom were lifted due to water being under them.

While still under some renovation the hotel was amazing for the price. There was music along the pool and bar, plenty of parking. I can't wait for them to be finished and see how it all turns out. My wife and I will probably make it our regular stay in Orlando.

There was roaches immediately as we walked into our room the room was “made up” but not wiped down and actually cleaned, the bathroom was terrible. There was a roach in the picture frame for display. The pool was nice looking but didn’t go in. The bottom door didn’t lock so the downstairs smelled like urine.

The room was a very good size , and it was clean . Could use more blankets and towels. I was there with my family and we have 3 daughters between 10, 8, 7 years old . We wanted to go to the pool but they were having an event okay cool , our room was facing the pool and the party they had was not appropriate for my daughters they seen big butts twerking guys kissing on females butts and all . It was wild and lasted till 1015pm. I feel the front desk should have put us facing the street instead of the pool knowing we had kids .

​Do not trust the online photos. I checked into the Opal Hotel & Suites and had to check out the exact same night. The room was unclean, poorly maintained, and had an overwhelming, terrible odor. It is a complete safe, health and hygiene issue. ​When I immediately returned the keys to the front desk, staff stated the manager was unavailable. Since then, management has refused to cooperate with communication attempts to resolve the unused portion of the stay, keeping funds for a service that was never provided. Save your peace of mind and do not stay here.
