Room and hotel overall was clean and comfortable.

My room had hairs everywhere in thebshower and bed. Then it was thiw horrible smell inside the room. In the breakfast area I found a roach next the preping area.

Then the room .. if you are staying alone (no significant other) AND on a budget .. this might be the place for you .. the ceiling in the bathroom had a ceiling fan that was open to the bare wires .. electrical outlets did not work next to the bed .. the ceiling in the main room was falling down in one section .. there was rust on both towel holders and the bar that held the shower curtain. It was obvious that this place was operated under the theory that not keeping the place up was more money in their pocket. The Quality Hotel/Motel should be ashamed to have their name associated with this establishment .. would I ever stay there again .. HELL NO. would I recommend it .. HELL NO.

Just don't come here...spend the extra 15 bucks at another hotel...Ir wasn't the worst but the first room smelled like piss...rusted statues outside, broken and filthy pool...the staff was nice but heck no...go somewhere else. Spend the extra 15 bucks. Enjoy your money's worth. You're welcome. God bless.

The two-floor room is not as nice as shown on the website. There were no chairs, one TV was not working, and the other had multiple screen burn-in. The bathrooms look clean, but I don't know why they'd put the coffee machine next to the toilet. The AC started leaking water, and you can barely feel it on the second floor. The room was smoke-free, but you could smell weed everywhere when you opened the door. I must say there were NO ROACHES, and the floor is wood instead of carpet, which is why I stayed. The parking lot and rooms do not feel very safe because it is an outdoor-access hotel, so BE AWARE!!!

The room smelled horrible. Cockroach on the wall. Shampoo bottle was 1/2 gone. Breakfast had waffles. Yogurt. Bread. Coffee. OJ. Cold cereal, but no milk. Shopping carts throughout the property for folks living there.

The front desk attendant was horrible. We aired in the lobby for 10 minutes and had to eventually walk to find a lady to assist with check-in. She was not friendly at all. However we were allowed to check in early which was a plus after driving 12 hours to get there. The room was spacious. The a/c blew cold downstairs but upstairs was hot and humid. We stayed 4 days but did not receive any room services at all. Our towels were not even replenished. No one knocked to see if we needed anything. I loved the area which was close to so much!! Even despite the issues with the staff the room was very affordable and worked for my family.

Terrible habitación , todo sucio , toallas , sábanas sucias .Nada de desayuno , solo tostadas , waffle y yogur . Olor a humedad horrible . No recomiendo la estancia aquí .

The front desk clerk looked like she was not having a good day. However, she checked me in promptly. The room was ok. For the price I could not ask for more. Would I stay there again? Yes.
