Just don't come here...spend the extra 15 bucks at another hotel...Ir wasn't the worst but the first room smelled like piss...rusted statues outside, broken and filthy pool...the staff was nice but heck no...go somewhere else. Spend the extra 15 bucks. Enjoy your money's worth. You're welcome. God bless.

The two-floor room is not as nice as shown on the website. There were no chairs, one TV was not working, and the other had multiple screen burn-in. The bathrooms look clean, but I don't know why they'd put the coffee machine next to the toilet. The AC started leaking water, and you can barely feel it on the second floor. The room was smoke-free, but you could smell weed everywhere when you opened the door. I must say there were NO ROACHES, and the floor is wood instead of carpet, which is why I stayed. The parking lot and rooms do not feel very safe because it is an outdoor-access hotel, so BE AWARE!!!

The room smelled horrible. Cockroach on the wall. Shampoo bottle was 1/2 gone. Breakfast had waffles. Yogurt. Bread. Coffee. OJ. Cold cereal, but no milk. Shopping carts throughout the property for folks living there.

The front desk attendant was horrible. We aired in the lobby for 10 minutes and had to eventually walk to find a lady to assist with check-in. She was not friendly at all. However we were allowed to check in early which was a plus after driving 12 hours to get there. The room was spacious. The a/c blew cold downstairs but upstairs was hot and humid. We stayed 4 days but did not receive any room services at all. Our towels were not even replenished. No one knocked to see if we needed anything. I loved the area which was close to so much!! Even despite the issues with the staff the room was very affordable and worked for my family.

The front desk clerk looked like she was not having a good day. However, she checked me in promptly. The room was ok. For the price I could not ask for more. Would I stay there again? Yes.

Convenient location to stores, restaurants, freeways, lots of parking Unpleasant smell in the room, air conditioner was LOUD, the courtyard fountain was filthy so didn't even think about trying the pool.

Don't go to this place. It's not a hotel; it's a motel. It's dirty, there are cockroaches, and the service is horrible. Don't waste your money.

The room smelled like mold and when asked to please wave the 2nd night, due to each person staying in the room having respiratory problems, "Partel" told us to call wherever we booked our hotel. We asked if she could give us the number, she looked at me straight in my eyes and said google it. We did so, got in touch with who we needed to get in touch with, they said they had to ask the hotel to waive our 2nd night, Partel told them no. She mad us call all around just for her to say no. Also, I booked the room for 4 people. They had 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 rags. When I asked Partel for extra towels, she took her time to call for more towels for me. She was very rude and inconsiderate about everything.

Served our needs. Easy check in. No issues with the room.

The front desk lady was nice. There is plenty of parking and its free. There are no nonsmoking rooms on the property. I requested a nonsmoking room, yet my room smelled like an ashtray anyway. The furniture is very old and outdated the fridge was rusted inside and out the blankets had burnt marks on them.

There was only one wash cloth
