The staff was very friendly and helpful! Especially the front desk, super sweet and kind. Loved the room as well! very big room, very comfortable and nice. Loved the bathroom as well clean, everything was clean, my favorite was the AC unit I loved being able to control it freely and it was quick to make the room cold or hot loveeeeeee itttt. I had two tv's in my room, but the one in front of the king bed was a little wacky, everything was working good! But the screen itself looked dull, or static almost. But the other tv in front of the couch was greatttt crystal clear! Didn't have much of an issue since I also didn't watch to much tv LOL, (Laugh out loud) this for the older people that don't know what LOL is :D

Room was great as usual. We stayed several days and the hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast was the normal fare, but everything was clean and ample. This is my 5th stay at SpringHill Marriott and despite being surrounded by other hotels I always stay here. The hotel and amenities are just fine, first-class if you will, but it's the staff there that makes the difference. They are good, went out of their way to make our stay pleasant, and it's them who really make the difference in our stays.

Booked to king rooms and they gave me 2 double bed rooms and then tried arguing with me the difference. I will not return to this location in the future!

Excellent staff, professional, friendly and helpful. Clean, a good deal for the price, fantastic location on 436 and I-4 made it easy to get everywhere we needed to be. One of the elevators was not working, but they were very apologetic about it.

The accommodations were nice, clean, safe, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Special mention of Mark who gave great dining suggestions, a top tier professional and even greeted us by name every time we walked in or out. I was here for work, but my husband and son tagged along, enjoying the pool and the surrounding area. Food was good for a quick buffet style. Will stay here again next time I'm in town.
