Motel 6 – Altamonte Springs, FL

Total dump. TVs in all rooms don't work and my room had two lights that didn't work. Floor was discusting. Hair and I left with no refund.

Run away from this place it is a dump. I am saying this with no exaggeration. Expect mold in your bathroom, expect bed bugs, expect to hear kids running around like its neighborhood. Highly do not recommend

Good price and good location. Many people live, dogs alone barking late at night, residents discussing the smell of cigarettes in the room, they gave me the dirty room and dirty bathroom and humidity on the walls.

Horrible experience

Faculty did not treat me right then not let me check in will not want me to check in even though they had issues with my friends not myself therefore they threaten me with the police and threaten me with taking my money and not letting me back in the property it's a disappointment that hotel six has to be like this How rude they were how Uncle like they were and how they just took my money and didn't care that they take my money

There is no soundproofing in the room, and throughout the night we hear loud TV noise from the next room, which makes it impossible for us to sleep. Because of this, I cannot recommend this place to anyone who needs a quiet room. This issue needs immediate attention.

The staff was nice The furniture was worn down and the cabinet was leaning the cracked mirror. There was roaches.

We were looking for overnight stay for a graduation and this place was in a good location with a good low price. The outside look like it was under construction or remodeling. But the rooms were very decent and very comfortable and it was a non-smoking room and it did not smell like someone have used their room for smoking before. If they would ask me if I would stay in this location again, I would say yes, and I do recommend it.

This was an absolutely disgusting hotel I am greatly disappointed

The room was clean and the AC was perfect.

Rooms is disguising, walls are dirty and smells like wed dog . People smoking weed everywhere were . They broke into my car at night. Just a really bad place specially if you are staying with kids .

Staff was nice and they did not require a deposit.. not sure if that is atypical or not but it was appreciated!

BEWARE! We booked what was advertised as the Palm Tree Inn and arrived to find the property was actually a Motel 6. The sheets had disgusting oil stains, the room wreaked of smoke and was overall dirty with walls thin enough to enjoy your neighbors TV show. The photos online did no justice in comparison to the actual room as the furniture and amenities were not nearly as nice, updated, and clean as shown at booking. The rooms were only separated by a door that seemed secure enough for you to walk through with little to no effort. The grounds to the property were littered with trash and the manager never issued my refund as promised. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Save yourself the trouble.

I wish I could get a refund because I didn’t even stay there because I left when I seen the room. Horrible place dirty and ran down property.

the room was generally grimy there was hair all over the bathroom sink the lamps were rusted the chair in the room was covered in hair and stains like it might have just been pulled out of a dumpster the towel in the room had hair on it and it took me going up to the lobby 3 different times to be able to get a clean towel. this place was discusting and if i had anyother choice i would have changed my stay for ANYWHERE else

The ceiling in bathroom was leaking

Had to wait for the front desk person to show like 15 mins then room was dirty tub dirty the knob on the tub was broken cigarette ashes in th sink hair on the towels it was just terrible

King room only two standard pillows. No blanket or comforter. Just very old.

The couple that did housekeeping was a pleasant surprise. The girl that worked at front desk was very nice and helpful. Thankful that they allowed pets! No extra fees at the time we stayed! The noise- arguments, children screaming, constantly stomping in other rooms around us, constant foot traffic by our window which in turn caused issues with my dog barking, Cleanliness of property- beer bottles discarded outside, constantly having to sweep floor due to sand and such Curtains- Extremely thin so there was no privacy in room Fridge kept things cold but constantly leaked in the floor A/C unit- very tiny unit that kept room decent. Had large gaps all the way around so alot of cool air escaped front door- also had giant gap underneath lighting in room was minimal- bathroom light was good Counter in bathroom was supported by two pieces of 2x4 wedged up under it for legs Wi-Fi - the info we were given was correct however the signal strength did not reàch out room to use it. The room supplied us with a bed and restroom for showers. It is basic and served the purpose. The front desk man said that they were in process of changing over to motel 6. They were slowly upgrading/ fixing things up. Budget friendly but a lil bit of rough spot for the moment.
