Extended Stay America Suites Orlando Altamonte Springs

This place is disgusting dirty, roaches everywhere, and very outdated. the refrigerator was gross, the bathtub was so dirty I did not feel safe using it. I was only in the building for 1 night. Checked in at 8pm checked out at 8am. I would not have been able to stay longer. The room stunk like must mold and mildew. They have 0 amenities. NO ICE MACHINE, NO POOL, NO COFFEE, NO BENCH TO SIT OUTSIDE, NOTHING IN KITCHEN, LITERALLY NOTHING. They claim coffee pot, dishes, cups were available in office but no. This is probably the worst hotel I ever stayed in. It is a budget hotel I get that but, I have never been to a hotel with no ice. I have never dealt with roaches. I will not be returning to this hotel ever. Location was great. If the owner would take care of the hotel it has potential. needs a total remodel.

Roaches was having their own 4th of July party and we spoiled the fun the way they scattered.

There is no security deposit required and now i know why. they don't care about the facility at all. The way it looks, smells, the basic functionality, the operations, and the overall cleanliness. I didn't like the fact that there were active. Roach traps in my room that had 6 dead roaches, and one the struggling roach that was still alive. Doing its best to try to free itself. And I only discovered these shops after my dog was very curious about what was behind the dresser, and then started growling. I pull, don't even have to pull the dresser out. Because there's space between the dresser and the wall, just enough space. The width of the trap, and it's the cardboard trap. Nothing fancy. It's a cardboard, sticky trap there to collect all the debris, and there they were all 7 of them. 6 dead 1 struggling, 2 or 3 German roaches, came out when I tried cooking the cook top in a care for the heat. One was dead under the sink. The side of the fridge definitely has something to mold on it. There was so much debris, and I don't even know what to call it residue on the stove. Top, I don't even know how it's still operated. The whole hallways smelt like urine. I don't know it's awful

As always, staff was excellent, quiet and peaceful location. Coffe was good and staff were very helpful

Located close to everything

I highly advise if you or your family plan to stay at the extended stay in Altamonte you pick another hotel… this hotel was poorly maintained. We had a couple different types of roaches in our room, one of these roaches crawled into bed with us like it was paying for the room as well. What an awful experience, go to the Sheridan!!!

The front desk staff was friendly OLD hotel. Dirty, needs HUGE updates.

This is a great property tucked away and what is really a green space. Plenty of parking extremely convenient for shopping dining or whatever.

Location The place is filthy, inside and out. Needs a significant upgrade. Lots of individuals living in the hotel. I have stayed here several times now and it has gone DOWNHILL!

Amenities? What amenities? Horrible place I had better accommodations in Uganda. Dirty floors, bathroom, refrigerator. All gross. Sleep? Forget it with 1-4 speed way out the window. Might as well had no window. Moldy room, big blob of hair on the floor and sucks pee spots all over the carpet and down the hall. Pillows smelled like vomit and mildew. Never again even if it was free.

Air conditioner worked great and the room was clean. Parking was okay. Just need trash cans by the elevators
