This probably the best we've stayed at! Very clean. Very security minded. Very nice neighborhood. Seemed to be lost to do i. The area. Theme park. Casino. They even had a list of places to eat ready to go. This is our new hotel if we are in the area!

The room we got had lots of pet hair. It was really bad. I went to front desk and the staff gave me a new room. Did not do much about it. We had to move our stuff to the new room.

Would have been perfect score except the fire pit was not working. It is one thing we look for when booking. From the looks of the sign it may have been out for a while.

Didn’t get the King Suite I reserved for 8 days. The AC stopped working in the 2 queen bed suite I was put in. Manager and staff didn’t seem to care that I was not happy about the room I was put in. Overall, very disappointed with this Hilton hotel location. Will not book this hotel again.

The rooms were clean. The staff was nice and the breakfast was hot. Great place to stay.

All things were great. Breakfast could step it up a few notches and we had some issues with key cards on check in but those were resolved after the fourth try along with rebooting the new system. All in all a nice place to stay and I would stay here again. Staff was friendly, facilities were clean and over all, a great place to stay while in Iowa.
