Extend-a-Suites - Extended Stay, I-40 Amarillo West

When I arrived to check in they informed me that they didn't have any rooms available.

Unfortunately when we arrived the property had been flooded and was under construction. The staff was very friendly and recommended we stay somewhere else.

Easy access from the freeway and convenient.

We were tired and needed sleep so it was a bed Everything... barely patched holes in walls and ceilings, roaches, loud, smelled of roach spray and cigarettes.

The clerk stunck he didn't know how to do his job the room was nasty couldn't even take a shower there was no hot water

I reserved two weeks in advance and then the day before got a call from the hotel saying they didn't have a room for me

Was good, but started seeing lots of roaches, in the doorway and especially in the refrigerator, the carpet was dark so couldn’t really see the roaches, and lastly it smells, I tried asking for the remodeled rooms upstairs but was told if I get it I will, so decided to check out

The whole place was in the middle of renovations, the room they put me in smelled like moldy piss, there was blood stains on the mattress, the sheets didn't fit the bed, the guy at the front desk didn't speak a word of English, the fridge didn't work, and when we went to check out, there wasn't a worker inside the building, we waited 30 minutes before the worker came back with his boss and they were very unprofessional and when I said I ain't staying here and want a refund, they started cussing me out. We was in the room for 20 minutes before we decided to leave. This place is worse than an abandoned trap house. The photos on here are not how the rooms look.

Turned us away, House Keeping didn’t show up. No rooms.

No breakfast. I was disappointed! Hotel was under renovation so they should of shut down if they can't serve customers properly.

It looked ok... wasn't the best place I have stayed and not the worst but get what you pay for.. there were a few critters climbing the walls when the lights came on..

Any roaches too many roaches..... not clean

Carpets felt wet - perhaps they had been steam cleaned very recently.

Almost didn't get a room bc they were totally booked and the system was t updated after booking my room 4 days in advance. No ice

Don’t stay here unless you like roaches and ran down rooms. The property is in disrepair. I found 5 roaches my first night and then I moved hotels. It’s not worth the money to stay here.

My room wasn’t cleaned well, mold above the shower, stained sheets and towels, and I found roaches in my room and the hallways
