Spark by Hilton Amarillo Western Plaza

The room was clean and had plenty of space to relax. It was the perfect place to rest and relax on our trip home from Colorado.

Breakfast was sparse. Boiled eggs were finished by 8:30not many items. Was really expecting a fulfilling breakfast as advertised

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend!

No AC during Texas summer. Electrical controls not secure and no response from staff

Clean and comfortable. Gym was terrible. Nothing worked and had no dumbells like it said it would. Machine was off center. Elipticals were janky. Needs work.

It was fine. Nothing spectacular, though our room did smell a bit like urine when we first got in it

Bedding is very comfortable. Rooms are suites. a+

1) The air conditioning in the room was set to 68 degrees. It never went below 78 degrees. 2) The room refrigerator did not cool soda cans. 3) In parking in the rear area, do not place your windshield towards the grass. The sprinklers run at night. The water is hard and leaves a calcium deposit on the windshield which can not be removed by the cars windshield wipers, nor can it be totally removed by the squeegee at the gas station. It took a bottle of Windex and paper towels to remove the deposits. Driving with the windshield coated was hazardous. It's a nice property. The prices are reasonable. The rooms are exceptional, except for the shortcomings that I've mentioned. The staff was helpful. Fix the problems and I would rate it 5 stars.

The room was massive , we loved it ! Breakfast could be better especially with how much space they have there . The ac didn't seem to be on i n the lobby/breakfast seating area . Was rough in peak summer .

Awesome. Comfy and pet friendly

We travel back and forth to Dallas to visit family a couple times a year, and we’ve all agreed that this is where we will always stay! The rooms are spacious, the plaza it’s located in has a variety of restaurants to choose from, and it’s very pet friendly without LOOKING like a million dogs have stayed here. We will definitely be back.

Breakfast could be lots better

Clean and modern facilities. Off of main I-40 frontage traffic.

The kitchen was clean and open. The breakfast did not meet our expectations. We were expecting a hot meal with more variety.

Our first stay at a Sparks and was pleased. They have a bar for drinks and food.

Clean, quiet, and comfy beds.

Room was clean and staff was very helpful and pleasant

Arrived a little before check in. Lobby smelled horrible. Not sure if it was the floor cleaning. I realize it was a no frills, but breakfast was very disappointing. Nothing hot.
