Stayed 3 days and not once did our room get cleaned. We kept having to ask the front desk for towels and toilet paper. We had a big trash bag to keep all our trash. We also heard other people saying their room did not get cleaned. There was mold in the shower on the ceiling. The beds looked soft but were not very comfortable too hard. And I like a firm bed.

We enjoyed our stay and definitely can’t wait to go again

The water quality was terrible so you had to buy drinking water. The room was comfortable.

check in was great. Older cowboy at late night shift was a true gentleman. really went above and beyond to ensure our family had a great stay. the room was one of the largest rooms I've had at a hotel stay. it was like a two bedroom two bathroom apartment! there was one cockroach in one of the kitchen drawers that my wife saw that I didn't. The doorknobs were either missing or didn't work except for the front door. the fixtures and carpet have all seen better days. missed the breakfast so no input there. parking is shared with a strip mall. majority of parking is behind the building so be early if you want a front spot. what looks like a maintenance man seemed like he was either having a bad day or was irritable by nature. there are alot of rooms at this hotel, maybe understaffed or overworked for maintenance? would try a newer hotel next time but I would not rule this one out.

Came in late due to a flat tire and desk clerk was already annoyed. Gave us a suite on the 3rd floor room key didn't work. She tried hers didn't work. So she moved us to a 1st floor suite. It smelled very damp, the TV didn't work in the main room, no bedding for the pull out couch, only 1 set of towels, and there were dried out towels from the previous guest hanging on the shower. We soon discovered that the damp smell was due to the carpet was still damp from being cleaned earlier. Traveling from CA to NC and this was our most expensive hotel and the worst.

Good hotel located out of town next to a petrol station. Very good options at the buffet breakfast and a nice pool.

The room smelled like urine and when I mentioned it to staff they indicated it was the only room available. The mattress on one bed seemed to be the main cause of the smell so we both slept uncomfortably in the second bed.

This was a HORRIBLE experience. The first room they gave us, there was a man inside and the staff had no idea who he was! Then they moved us to a room where the TV didn't work, the towel rack was ripped off the wall. The staff acted annoyed most of the time, the pillows were flatter than a pancake. Pool was nasty, hot tub broken and filled with nasty water. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

I will not be back. Hot tub was cold and not working. Despite multiple attempts, pre-scheduling 24 hours in advance as required, and even being told incorrectly that my room had been cleaned, it was not. I stayed three nights and had overflowing trash cans. Breakfast and social hour offerings were not good. Lobby and individual room smelled like sewage. A broken footstool sat in the hallway the entire time I was there. I stay at Staybridge Suites hotels often for business, and this location was not well-kept and was sub-par in comparison to others of the same brand.

I booked online and when I got there the hotel had overbooked Next time don't overbook

Weird smell in the 4th floor hallway… My room had a faint cigarette smell with a tinge of perfume and regret. Probably will stay elsewhere when I come back.

First off, booked room was not ready when it was supposed to be... they did not have a cleaning crew on duty to clean our already paid for room. Front staff did what they could to get us a room after a 1000 mi trip. They ended up providing us 2 queens and not the king bed which is fine. Going to the assigned new room there was broken furniture in the halls on the second floor the whole time we were there. We had to do laundry in the guest laundry room and the dryers are a complete scam. We did a small load and after running dryer on highest setting twice they were not even close to being dry and had to hang up in our room to dry overnight. Now, lets talk about the room! No shower curtain and the coffe pot was missing from the coffee maker. We had to line the floor with all the extra towels to keep the bathroom from flooding into another room. As for the day of checkout.... no notification to anyone in hotel that the elevator was out of service. We will never stay at this property again. I will tell everyone we know that travels through Texas or anywhere this franchise is located to steer clear and don't waste your money. Last thing, hire more staff and quit being a cheap manager also don't hide when a customer rings the front desk bell as you stand in lobby and act like you didn't hear it.

The staff was welcoming, room clean & comfortable but the property is showing its age.

Exceptional

I will say, the lady at the front desk was great. Super sweet and helpful and unfortunately I don't remember her name. The surrounding area is kinda sketchy and so were several of the guests. I didn't feel comfortable staying here with children. We stayed in a double room. Beds were made and towels were provided, but the overall room was disgusting. It looked like someone went in and did the bare minimum and left. Stains everywhere, dirty countertops, dishes in the dishwasher and microwave. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Would choose to stay elsewhere next time. Hopefully management steps it up here.

Breakfast was average nothing really negative to say. No ice machine available

The room was absolutely disgusting and when we brought it to the manager's attention she refused a refund. There was wads of hair in the bathroom, the shower doors had water stains like they hadn't been wiped after the previous guest. There were streaks of something that had run down the back of t h e bathroom door and spots that appeared to be blood. The toilet wasnt secure, when sitting on it, it rocked away from the wall, and the plaster was peeling off the walls. The kitchen faucet was loose and the wood on the furniture was full of huge chips out of it. We were afraid to stay and find out the condition of the bed, so we refused to stay and went to a Super 8 which ended up being 10x cleaner than this Staybridge. We routinely stay with Staybridge, but would not recommend this location at all for the price plus poor customer service.

One of our rooms had ants.
-
There was a dog that howled almost all day and some during the night. There were kids that woke up screaming and crying early in the morning and then continued to run loudly right above us. Between the dog and kids we did not get much rest. The walls are very thin apparently.

The pool was broken and breakfast was old the potatoes were dry and hard both days
