Homewood Suites by Hilton Amarillo

Super, as always! Thanks!

Excellent experience. Will stay again.

We ask for handicap room and did not get one when they said we would

Nice clean and quiet Lot of hotels in the area made it a little hard to find

service

All was great!

Room and hotel were great. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel and room were nice and clean. Free breakfast buffet was adequate. My only disappointment was that we brought a dog with us, and while it is a pet friendly hotel, I thought that the $75 non-refundable pet fee was excessive.

Great place to stay while you’re visiting Amarillo.

Staff was very helpful, had a bag of ice delivered to the room. Very pleased

Grew

Always clean

Pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness of the king size bedroom suite. Everything seemed clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Don’t come for the breakfast! It was anything but good. The room was pretty nice but there definitely needs repairs on the outside of the hotel.

The exterior of the property could benefit from some updates; however, everything else was exceptional. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, providing a relaxing atmosphere. While the breakfast could use a few improvements, it was still enjoyable. The interior of the property was clean, inviting, and well-kept, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. The property was pleasant overall, but it could benefit from some additional updates and maintenance to enhance its overall appearance and comfort.

Rooms we're excellent and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was breakfast was late, but possibly starts later on weekends and I just wasn't aware. Other than that I would highly recommend this location for it's cleanliness and quietness. A+++

The room layout was good, plenty of elevators, had a good variety for breakfast. No toilet paper or facial tissues in the room. Hallway smelt of garbage; room smelt of garbage & garlic. Not enough towels in the room and when we requested more for our family of four, we were told they didn’t have any more. Ceiling fan remote was missing from the room. Pool hours on website were not accurate( said it was open 7am to 10pm when actually open from 9-9); went to pool at 9am when it opened and was asked not to swim at that time because they clean the pool at 9am every day... despite that being the time it’s supposed to be available.

Top notch property and great management to go along with the property. Anita was on the ball and I appreciate that. Thanks for taking good care of me.

Great property. Staff were great while checking in.

Breakfast foods were varied and tasty. Coffee could have been hotter and there was no real half and half. Coffee ate is not an acceptable substitute. See above
