Clean overall.

New, clean, and comfortable

The Amarillo Microtel was fabulous! Clean hotel with friendly staff. We got a hot breakfast and a good night’s sleep.

The hotel was very nice. The staff were very friendly. I was really impressed with the overall condition of the room. Very clean very organize organized.

I ❤️ this property

The staff was friendly. However the room had a dirty smell and the pillow cases on our bed were dirty. Other than that everything else was decent.

My family of 5 fit perfectly. Clean with a lot of space

Good, basic hotel room. Mostly quiet and breakfast was ok-the usual for American hotels.

Also, room carpeting was dirty/spotted. Overall, not impressed with this Microtel location. There are a lot nicer hotels in the same area for the same price or less.

Nice place. They may need some staffing help but the people I dealt with were pleasant but busy with little to no help.

So we stayed in this hotel twice on our trip. Hotel is under Construction some construction going on outside of the properties .Rooms were not properly cleaned,there were stains around the toilet and In the shower tub.. we were just staying for one night and we didn’t have time to ask them get it clean or change our room. But still Cleaning crew should take care of this matter.

No hot water, no shampoo, no hand soap.

The place was nice and the location of the hotel was perfect for what we did. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would recommend that hotel to anyone.

It is definitely’micro’ for amenities and just everything. Good for a one night stay otherwise I wouldn’t book here again.
