Microtel Inn & Suites By Wyndham Amarillo West

Check in was easy. There was plenty of parking. Our room was uncomfortably warm and adjusting the thermostat did not help at all. The bathroom had urine on the toilet seat when we arrived, which makes me wonder about cleanliness beforehand.

A late arrival (9:00pm) we were assigned a room that had not been cleaned. In correcting that, Diane upgraded us to a suite. Much appreciated. The bed was very comfy. The place was quiet. Easy to find. Water pressure was really low. Still, we were able to shower everything we needed to shower. A/C worked well. Breakfast was very nice. Check out online easy. Would stay again.

Never EVER! Staying at a Microtel!!! Room was dirty....dirty women's underwear, yup you read that right! In the bathroom behind the door. Shower had hair on the walls.....AND one of the beds had wet linens....probably was from the wash but who knows....didn't chance it went downstairs and told the front desk. We're in a suite now...that was cleaned by a completely different maid. Thankfully for the front desk lady because she was very apologetic for the poor upkeep. Im tired. If I would've had more energy would've demanded a refund and we would've gone next door but this mama is tired 😫 Enough said.

The carpets were worn and stained and need replaced. The tv’s had very little entertainment value. Would not want to stay more than one night.

Not Clean, parking was croweded, staff was good, eating breakfast area was clean.

Nice hotel with clean modern rooms. Had a little problem with water pressure around 6am. Barely a trickle coming out of the shower. Front desk said it was all over the hotel. But was resolved in about an hour.

The night staff was not very friendly - more of a 'matter of fact'. The morning staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good and the facility had plenty of parking spaces. The room was clean and spacious for the price with plenty of sitting options.

Front desk reception was terrible. No eye contact, sitting down, could barley understand her mumbling.

Modern environment, friendly staff, good breakfast and coffee, good price but bedsheets had stains. Convenient location for traveling. Nice flowers at entrance!

What can I say.. the kitchenette was nothing to speak about as there was not an actual kitchenette. The staff was not very helpful and could have been better at customer service. Breakfast was good overall. Not sure if I'd return or not. Thanks for the stay
