Amazing for the price

No address number or sign of hotel name. Just a building there. Went in to ask if we were at the Microtel. Woman just nodded. The woman that checked us in was not friendly at all or helpful! There was no hair dryer in our room and no bath soap! One small facial soap on a very small vanity. Used that to shower ! No Kleenex and no alarm clock. The TV had a very, very low volume and she was not helpful. When approached she was yawning and no smile. We finally got the volume up enough to hear without her help. The bed was horrible , lumpy and noisy each time we moved. The woman that checked us out was nice and offered us a bottled water after breakfast. The breakfast was a 3 on a scale of 5. Construction going on. After breakfast my husband took our luggage to the car and someone entered our room without knocking though the Do not disturb sign was on the door, the TV was on and I was still in the room so the individual walked out. Did not see who the person was because I was on the couch getting my IPad and purse. I would NOT recommend staying at this place! Whew!!

Value for Money..

No internet/wifi, TV wasn’t working, bed sheets stained and pillow cases too. The hotel was switching to a different hotel company and everything was a mess.

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The carpet in my room was filthy (stained). The walls were dirty. The orange juice was empty at breakfast. I have stayed at a Microtel before and this hotel was not up to the same standard.

Marketed as it had a gym but it was not accessible

The air conditioning did not go below 74° all night which was very hot for us. Water pressure of the shower was minimal. It was very clean.

Front desk was horrible. Asked at least 5 times for towels and they "never" had any or "they'll bring them to your room" which never happened. They had 2 big towels in the room. How is a family of 5 suppose to dry with 2 towels? When we asked for more they were questioning why we need more and was rude about. Will never book with this place again.

The floor really was not to clean Carpet was spotted

Had difficulty finding hotel as name had changed. Room was clean and comfortable, parking was easy and safe. Breakfast marginal.

Front desk people were great. Breakfast was very good too. Hair in my that I used to dry after showering. Stain on pillow case. No body soap.

Name on the building is City Express by Marriott. Not Wyndham. Staff wants a donation for medical issues. Floors were dirty and sheets had dried yellow stuff on it. Coffee was cold. Passed on breakfast. Very disappointed.

This place has a beautiful location, beautiful hotel but the staff are horrible and not friendly at all. Plus the place was not clean at all. Stayed here three nights first night. It was nice and clean second night. I upgrade to a bigger suite. It was disgusting , third night I changed to a different room because I couldn’t stay any longer in the bigger suite.

The bed was comfortable, the TV worked and the air conditioner worked, BUT there was food crumbs and hair all over. The bathroom floor was sticky and dirty in the corners. It’s a fairly new building so hopefully they can train their housekeeping staff to do better work.
