Great road side hotel, clean and breakfast is okay.

it was a great experience except we forgot a electronic waterpik back in the bathroom. upon reaching back for possible return, it was reported nothing was found. we know for sure we left it there. i was hoping the cleaning crew would be honest and apparently that was not the case. It was definitely our fault and we shouldn't have left it but still stressful traveling and early leaving makes us rush and we forget. If we could all appreciate that what is not ours is not ours to keep, we will groom ourselves to become honest and create a better world to live it. I am not blaming anyone but myself. Thanks for a nice stay otherwise. Rooms were nice. oh and the manager was very responsive. Thank you.

Cleaning crew needs training 9n how to properly clean. 2 families on separate floors was no big deal, but both rooms weren't cleaned properly. Do im sure they are all not cleaned properly. Will not recommend, will never return to this property

Clean room great staff breakfast wonderful

They have rooms with double queens plus a pull out couch, so very good for families.

When we walked in, staff was in a confusing discussion about someone's bill. We waited too long.

The room was ok. They really need to change out the towels they give to the guest to use. The towel and wash cloths had holes in them. Should throw them out.

Overall, the stay was very nice. The front desk lady was helpful and even upgraded our room as the first one had an issue with the door locking/closing properly. The carpets had some stains in both rooms we saw and a few stray hairs on the furniture but the bed and bathroom was very clean. It’s a good spot to stay for the price and has included breakfast.

The remodel was really nice and property maintained at a high standard. Very good Continental breakfast.

My family and myself really enjoyed our 3 day stay at the hotel Microtel Inn & Suites by Windham in Amarillo. The staff was so sweet and awesome and the breakfast was delicious 😋. If you ever need a good hotel I definitely will recommend it.

Just needed a clean bed and decent breakfast and that’s what we got.

Great handicap shower and accessible room. Bed and bedding amazing!

Water pressure was really low, took forever to run a bath. No coffee pot or coffee in the room and the TV was horrible. There's nothing on it. You have to cast apps from your phone and the one we could get to work was YouTube. There's not even Netflix! Oh there's a button on the remote but it does nothing but an error message when you press it. Left at 2 am in the morning just cuz I was in such a hurry to get out of there.

The hotel was ok, a little worn out I would say. But for 1 night it did the job

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We both slept through the night which is rare for us.

Check in was easy. There was plenty of parking. Our room was uncomfortably warm and adjusting the thermostat did not help at all. The bathroom had urine on the toilet seat when we arrived, which makes me wonder about cleanliness beforehand.
