Comfort Inn & Suites Amarillo West Near Medical Center

Worked with us on check-in as we got to town a little earlier than check-in time!!

We had a great stay. The pool was open. The kids had a good time in the pool.

Great location and comfortable beds.

Our stay was great! The staff was very kind, our room was clean and stocked with everything we needed, AC worked, beds were comfortable, and there were several food options at breakfast. We will definitely return next time we are in Amarillo!

This place was clean. Had restaurants nearby. Amenities were great. It was cool. The staff was good.

Really hate the tiny pillows...otherwise it was fine

We slept really well. Overall, I would say the hotel needs some updating. The upholstery was very worn on the chairs in the breakfast area. The bathroom door in our bathroom was peeling at the bottom. I would stay again if in Amarillo.

The room was fine although the air conditioner was not sufficient. Breakfast was a disappointment because they stopped serving at 9:30 and we weren't able to get down there in time after packing up. It was conveniently located to restaurants.

Room was clean. There is evidence in the bathroom of a leak at some point. It needs a little repair. Staff was nice and courteous.

Staff: super friendly and helpful Old building Noisy thumping sounds from neighboring rooms Probably nothing can be done for either of these

No hand held shower makes hard for disabled guests. Other than that not too bad.

The room shown on app that we paid extra for was not what was given upon arrival. No refund was offered. Was really looking forward to a bigger room and bath.

I had no issues with the hotel whatsoever great staff, personable, and helpful. The only issue was that the hot tub was out of commission, which was something my wife and I were looking forward to. The breakfast was very good and promptly served on time.

Felt like I was sleepong on a board, Matriss too worn out.
