Under construction, dirty carpet never vacuum and awful receptionist with bad attitude Everything

Staff was excellent. Room was clean. Air conditioner works great. I've been here for 12 days. I think no one has been in to clean my room. I have not received any clean tiles or washcloths. Other than that everything's great. Keep in mind I am working night shift. It's very possible that came in my room and I was asleep and they left. I'm not sure. All in all, it's been a great stay

Location. Pice was decent. Staff was nice. Sticky bath floor, sounded like rodents in the wall overnight.

The staff is exceptional, the location is very convenient and safe.

I am in the process of obtaining lobby footage from the manager of this establishment. And will be taking it up with the franchise as well. Overall this was the ONLY bad experience I've ever had in 32 years of going through Amarillo. I should have stuck with my IHG account.

My room was on the second floor, the exterior door was/is unsecured (anyone can walk into the hallway), the interior door had a secondary lock (but it could not engage due to the door being misaligned), my room’s a/c barely work (and my room was far hotter than my preference, the bathroom had/has peeling paint, and last but not least, the water… the warmish water was on a cycle (from cold to lukewarm and back to cold every 2-3 minutes of my shower-exercised my timing). But the hostess/check in attendant was very nice and deserves a raise.

Didn't eat breakfast because we had such a disgusting room The bathroom had pile of dirt and debris on the floor, the tub had hair left in it, the bed had gray sticky shit left on the bead spread, and the faux leather chair had what looked like bbq sauce dropped on and stuck to the chair back

Hotel was in not the best state for the value. The lobby was a construction zone and the room had some ceiling issue as well. The room was nice and clean. Overall it was ok. The construciton and just looking shabby in a way.

breakfast was great room was ok bed was wonderful slept like a baby. was so fresh in the room loved it now if i would do it again yes i would.... wat i didnt like was the fridge was small the other room i had it had a better fridge i had icecream and it melted sad...

The breakfast was fine. The building was quiet and clean. It was under construction but we had access. Our room was clean; however, when we arrived the dehumidifier machine was still on and running, the carpet was still damp from carpet washing or cleaning. The damp carpet made the room humid and it smelled like chemicals. My daughter is allergic to a lot of chemicals, she is sensitive to air quality and smell, she had to sleep in her car instead of in the hotel room.

The beds were comfortable. The cleaning crew needs more training. The bathroom floor was sticky and the carpet in the rest of the room needed a vacuum. The surfaces of the furniture needed a better cleaning as well. My daughter took a shower that night and no hot water. I didn't know until after her shower. I talked to the front desk and it was fixed. The hotel is pretty shabby looking.

Staff was very pleasant (Skyla) Very quiet was able to sleep well The ac was very cold so that was very nice. The stairway entrance door in the back did not lock. It just had an empty space where that lock and handle should have been. My room was right next to that door. Did not feel safe. The indoor pool was broke. That was the main thing that made me choose to stay there. Didn't know about it while reserving a room, only when I got there checking in was I told about the pool not working. My room door didn't close correctly. I had to close it 3-4 times before it would stay closed to be able to lock it. Safety is very important to me and I just didn't feel completely safe there. Overall it wasn't a bad stay, but that back entrance door really needs to be able to be locked. I would not stay there again unless it was able to lock after a guest went through the door and not just anybody having access to go in and not be a guest there.

It looks nothing like your pictures at your advertising. The hotel was outside. It was nasty. The carpet was nasty. I understand it was under construction. It was just a horrible experience. I will not use it again. Nothing
