No phone in room, bathtub full of hair. Switched rooms, dirty bathroom and remote not working. Called and the lady said it was probably too late to have anyone fix it. Unhappy so tried to get my money back and they refused because I only had 15 minutes after check in to like/dislike my room. I had been there an hour because of all the trips to the office. The manager was very hateful!! The lady that tried to help me at first was sweet but was gone when I tried to get refund.

Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that the floor was incredibly dirty. As we looked closer, we discovered that the entire room lacked cleaning. This included stained towels, sheets with footprints and hair on them, and dirty counters, bathrooms, and lampshades. This was especially disappointing given that it was advertised as a remodeled room. When we contacted the front desk, the agent offered us replacement sheets and towels. However, when we went to the lobby to collect them, we found that these replacements were also stained, ripped, and had toilet paper washed and dried inside them. I have attached photos documenting the condition of the room and linens. Due to these unacceptable conditions, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Great place for an overnight stay while traveling. Staff is super friendly, beds were comfy. Solid choice to stay here, would do it again if I am ever passing back through.

Soap "tablets" so tiny that they are hard to use
-
Our room had built in soap dispensers that were empty. The soap dispenser by the sink was broke so we had no way of actually washing our hands. The room needed to be painted there was holes patched and not painted. The bathtub could have used some cleaning as well it had a grey tint to it. The only thing I would give a five on is their staff was super nice when checking in.

There is construction going on at the hotel and it is noisy and messy.
-
The room itself was clean but the pool was green. Screaming woman at 2 am outside, and woke up to a crane outside our room.
-
There was bugs all over the floor. The bodywash shampoo conditioner dispenser was empty. The breakfast was awful.beds were reasonably comfortable
-
When we asked for extra towels they brought soil stained towels that looked like rags I would throw out. They seemed bothered we asked for extra towels. The mouldings around the room were badly damaged, unkept, missing in places and we also discovered holes in the wall behind the bathroom door. Hair dryer did not work. I will never stay at this dump again.

The room was very comfortable and the staff were amazing!

You could tell they were remodeling. Sawdust in the drawers. The bathtub was not clean and there was no stopper if you did want to take a bath.

When we first walked into our room there were so many flies in the window along with cobwebs, we killed 16 and there were still more. I went to the office for some sort of insect killer and was told they had none. I went out and bought my own. The towels in the room were well worn, gray dingy, 2 towels were stained with dirt and black grease, I had taken them to the front desk during checkout. We were in one of the newly renovated rooms. If the housekeepers take no pride in their responsibilities newly renovated means nothing. I will take an older clean room anytime.

The staff and Manger were very helpful. The staff was exceptional with a very positive attitude and cheerful. the location is perfect and in the middle of everywhere you need to go. The hotel is going through a name change and has three different names, when showing up the name of the hotel was one name but when you walk in ad check in it was for the booking name, but when billed it was a third name. the towels, wash rags and hand rags all contained many stains even though we exchanged them three different times. the breakfast was not pleasant at all, soupy eggs, stale bread, coffee was not good at all. In order to get clean sheets, towels or anything you had to call and request for them to come do anything such as toilet paper. we stayed for over two weeks and would have figured they would come check on the room. the bathtub was disgusting as it had burn marks on it the slip pad was coming up with some black stuff coming from underneath, the bath soap Despensers never were or got filled. we had to go buy out own bathing products. without ranting on I would suggest paying few extra dollars

This hotel is used to house welfare and disadvantage recipients. It is NOT a hotel for travelers. The room had chipped paint, items in the room from a previous visitor, and bugs in the bathroom. Notwithstanding the fact that a fire broke out from a room in the back of the hotel. This hotel either needs a complete gut renovation in order for travelers to stay, or it needs to be taken off of Expedia as a feasible hotel.

Clean rooms breakfast soso

I’ve stayed there twice now, the first I picked it simply due to closeness to the airport and UNLV Campus. The second because it was such a great place close to everything. First stay was a weekend the second was a 12 day stay. Both times very happy with breakfast, the rooms were comfy and clean. It’s super close to the airport so I worried about noise but hardly heard anything. Great value for the location, close to the strip and campus, ease of transportation both buses and quick Uber pickup. Not super fancy but clean, comfortable, and convenient!

I did NOT like anything about this property. It was filthy and shouldn’t be on anyone’s list of places to stay. I believe it is primarily an extended stay motel for traveling or migrant workers. I’ve never seen such a filthy hotel listed by Expedia. Very disappointing. I feel I should receive a full refund because I left and went to another hotel in town for the night where I could feel safe and enjoy a clean room.
