How close it was to Disney land

Aside from the clean room, available parking space is a big factor in considering to always come back in Alamo.

Clean room and very nice staff

Alamo is always our go to hotel when we visit Disneyland. So close to DL and free parking. Super nice staff!

This place was nice but the bath tub water does not drain and on top of that I said for two people and they promote free parking so when the second person has to park you have to pay $25 a day and call after 5pm . The staff was nice but there was one day we called for parking and the staff that help us name Michelle was so mean like she was angry about working . When we called like we have been the last two days she automatically said no that only a manager can do that which was odd because prior to that it wasn’t a manager that helped us. It was regular associates. I had to come into the hotel to talk to her in person and automatically she was defensive she even handed me the coupon for the parking on the other side, making it seem like she did not want help me at all so I told her I’m not sure if you’re having a bad day, but we haven’t had a problem till now. I went back to my room and you know she sent a text message saying that they could prove it and they did she apologized for the way things were but that was just something that really changed your mind. Other than that clean and good will book again

Great room for location and price. Rooms were large and well maintained. AC works great!

Always stay here while at Disneyland

Room appeared clean, but had a very strong mildew smell in the bathroom. Amenities were minimal, but fine. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It had free parking and was within walking distance to the parks so that saved money.

Would definitely go again

One thing to be aware of is the windows have shutters no blinds. So it wasn’t totally a dark room at night. But after walking 20K steps at Disney, I was out! One of the main reasons I picked this hotel was the proximity for walking to the parks and the free parking. Huge benefit! It took me 12 min to walk to the security line by the Disney hotels (best way to go to the parks!) and I was through and on the monorail in 20 min. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again because of the room, walking distance to Disney, and the free parking!

Great location, especially for the price! The staff was helpful, informative, and flexibly let us park our car in the parking area early in the day before check in so we could go straight to Disneyland. Would stay here again!

The location is great, and staff was very friendly. The room is a bit outdated, but very clean and with great AC. The pool is nice, bit the hot tub was pretty dirty. The laundry area is very small and outdoor, which wasn’t ideal during the summer. All in all though, I really enjoyed my stay! I would come again.

Not the cleanest or highest quality property, but gets the job done if you want somewhere close to Disneyland

Walking distance to Disneyland and downtown disney. Clean rooms and free parking. Have stayed before and would stay again. Friendly staff as well.

Close walking distance to Disneyland. They give a discount to a nearby Denny’s.
